Fondling Gems3 votesI feel like they don't know how big Malphite is. Anyone else? Just me?
Kaiju Boy1 votesThey did not mention Malphite. You mean Nautilus or did you just bring up Malphite just because?
Fondling Gems3 votesI meant Malphite because they mentioned how Naut is a very different size on the rift and Malpite is a literal mountain. Clearly they weren't considering size changes because Malphite and Cho are vastly larger than the whole rift itself. According to the log in art Dark Star Thresh is too.
Kaiju Boy1 votesActually, you can see Malphite's literal size in his splash art and in the "Art of League" book. While Cho'Gath and Malphite are some of the larger champs lore-wise, it has never really been stated officially that Cho'Gath or Malphite are THAT big. The only champ that could possibly be as big as Summoner's Rift would be Aurelion Sol, length-wise at the least, if you take a comparison of him and the structure in his splash.
Fondling Gems1 votesYeah, and Malphite in the art is the size of a small mountain. Cho is of a slightly smaller size but we know that he grows as he feasts, so he could very well get bigger than that.
Kaiju Boy1 votesI suppose that is quite possible. Man, I really want to see them in a story or a cinematic. They are some of the OG champions and they don't get too much attention now, plus both of their lore are outdated.
Fondling Gems1 votesYeah hopefully we can see some short stories for a lot of the stand alone champs since it is hard to do large projects for champs that don't have much connection to other champions. The Void isn't really a good group to do a story on and a bunch of champs like Malphite just don't have many connections or reasons to be in other champ's stories.
Heck, from his lore for all we know Malphite has never left the rift in his whole time in runeterra.
