I'm unsure about that leaverbuster thing. One day I received a blue screen on my laptop which caused it to crash and restart in the loading screen of a ranked match. I did manage to get back into the game but when it ended I was forced to type "I Agree" to not leaving any more games in the future. It was out of my control. I hope they can implement something to detect things like that before I end up getting suspended for it.

So did Leavebuster get an upgrade? Last I knew it couldn't tell the difference between if your ISP loves you or hates you.

We also wanted to reward the summoners who play the mode properly, so we’ll be sending out a fancy summoner icon to all Nemesis Draft players who play the mode without quitting during champion select or the actual game!

Serious question: how many games do you have to play without dodging/leaving in order to qualify for the Nemesis mode Summoner Icon?

Spoilers: it can detect if you just disconnected because your ISP hates you, which is nice.

why must you lie in your release notes? I have been disconnected by a combined riot/verizon issue 3 times and leaverbuster has been dumb as a box of rocks about it.

if you're going to claim it can detect unintentional DCs, at least put some effort into making it actually do that.

I would have to agree with most that his game type isn't very fun. The reason is, as mentioned by a lot of people, players are taking it to seriously and flaming their teammates for giving the enemy certain champs. I also had a similar experience. Also, this game mode lacks the creativity that some of your other game modes had, best of all of which was URF. I'm not trying to be one of those people that whines about bringing back URF mode, But URF is a great example, obviously because of its success. In URF you did more than change what what picking champs was. Whether there was great effort put into making this mode or not, it definitely feels like none whatsoever. Why? Because their were no game changing mechanics. The only thing this mode has to offer is the enemy team picking your teams champs, most of which you probably have never played, and putting you into a normal game as someone your most likely not going to have fun as. Obviously, making modes where you change the fabric of the game is a lot more difficult. But seriously, only changing the champion selection, Isn't enough for this game mode to be fun. My advice would be to add a couple mechanics that aren't in the vanilla game. Seeing as how its called nemesis draft, It should have something like, "when you slay an enemy champion, they deal increased damage to you for each time you kill them until they kill you or get an assist in killing you." I don't know if people would enjoy that per se but it would be a start to something more fun and unique. One more thing I would add, is that this really isn't lower level friendly, seeing as how they are still learning and working towards getting better, there would be no desire to have the enemy team picking their champ when they are still trying to get better with their main or whatever. At least that's the way I see it.

I played a game...I didnt' like it. It seems like it would be a fun mode like ARAM but what I saw was "why did you give them X you noob" The trolls are real in this game.

Alright so here my opinion after playing this game mode: This game mode has a lot of places it can and probably will go wrong. Champion select is whatever, you gave their team 3 tanks and a late game adc and Teemo? Whatever that is on you. You dun messed up, kid. But the real issue arises when it comes to having to deal with this game. You are now in a game that you basically are screwed against and while that may be fun for the other team, you are still in this game for the full duration of a Summoner's Rift game. ~45 minutes of just sitting there trying to FF instead of wanting to finish out the game mode. It causes toxic behavior, it causes negative attitudes, it causes people to leave, it causes literally EVERY SINGLE REPORTABLE OFFENCE THAT RIOT HAS GIVEN US. I have had to report every single one of my teammates in the games I have played because of this game mode. The idea is different and people will still say "Bring back URF" but that's whatever. My issue is that this game mode has functionally created at least 1 team of salty players who don't enjoy playing this game, and to top it all of you've put a reward for suffering through these games for a summoner icon. A reward most people won't even use because they most likely love their Plantie icon or their Spirit Guard Udyr Bear Form or the Battlecast Poro.

TL;DR - This game mode creates toxic environments for teams, and can turn the ~45 minute game un-fun very quickly.

I just won a all supp team

we were about to loose and we just saved our nexus 1/3 health left and aced them. We rushed to baron and killed it in a few seconds we went to there base and destroyed 3 of there turrets they all spawned and we started dyeing they were only few left we just got the last hit on the nexus and won.

It was so intense
