Gragas skins are nice an all, he definitely needed a good one, but Vel'Koz could really use a Deep Terror or even Pool Party skin, he's the only Void monster without an aquatic skin and yet he's the most suited for one. lol

You can really tell this is one of those ideas that just sounded so weirdly right, and the splash art, off-rip, looked so good! The design team and the rest of Riot just had to go with it.

Decent skin for especially Gragas.. although, I'm quite disappointed at how bright it is. I've noticed many recent skins just super bright, is it a fad? Are you afraid of contrast and saturation now, Riot? Please, lol.. It's a balance, and this is too goddamn bright, it's washed out as hell. I will not be buying this.
