Finally people can stop asking "Where is the early sale?"

....at least for a week or 2 when they start asking where the next one is.

Perhaps they ought to go without Early Sales for May and make the Early Sales for June (and each month thereon) take place the first weekend of the month to squelch the seemingly widespread misunderstanding of what's meant by "Early."

its almost like the early means "Earlier than usually scheduled" and not "Sale occurring in Early [Month]". There's always going to be misunderstandings though of course, with such a large playerbase especially one so full of preteens.

Sure, it's not that hard a thing to understand. At the same time, though, why make things conflict with fairly natural intuitions? A lot more things in life could be designed to take into account our irrational brains.

New skins usually go on sale a year after their original release, and an early sale is just a chance to get the skin at a discounted price before the actual sale.

Umm, where is Bard Bard? It said the skin was in early sales on the May sales schedule page

--Nevermind, guess this the April "early" sales at the end of April

It's gonna be on sale on May's early sales -- this one is April's.

Yeah... I can read... I swear

The BirchApr 29, 20171 votes

They're called "early" sales because they've been released so recently that they've never been on sale before. So this is them on sale before they should be, hence the reduced discount price (25%, 23%, etc.)

Thanks for the clarification, it would be nice if they made it the beginning of the month though, so it was less confusing (even if it's a different kind of early, it'd just be more clear)
