Personally ive been around since Khazix has and i have never felt a better insight into riot itself besides the patch rundowns which dont really give us all that much detail besides explaining patch notes. this needs to happen more in my opinion

Thanks Avenge! Right now we're aiming for a weekly release cadence, so be sure to subscribe for regular updates!

i was just about to say something similar. I love these podcasts they are great but they feel kind of sporadic and that was the only downfall of the podcast in my opinion. Without the patch rundown, it seemed like riot was the god entity that we really didnt have much communication with.

Mister SunglowJan 15, 20161 votes

I agree. It's a good thing to listen to while I install the Update LOL. So I know what to expect when it's done.

LaoBushidoJan 14, 20164 votes

How did much did you guys plan this? Now one saw the Shen update coming (and you guys came out with this the next day) and you guys didn't censor anything like with the poppy update. Should we expect a second riot scruffy interview when taRic comes out?

Shen actually did come a bit out of the blue for the podcast team; fortunately, we're building our pipeline with a heavy focus on flexibility and quick turnaround times so we were able to quickly put together the episode. Staying agile like that will help us make sure we're bringing you folks timely conversations and insight, even when timelines shift or new topics emerge suddenly. Make sure to let us know how we're doing down the line!

And yes, we will absolutely be talking Taric at some point, though guests are still up in the air.

As super uninteresting this dumb podcast is I now have to wait for 30 minutes because in Queues my screen turns blurred and now I'm sitting here bored out of my damn mind because you guys manage to fuck up every patch, Thanks Rito. Now I know why Dunkey quit.

wow you showed them, lol

If this much thought was put into remaking Shen I would love to hear the thought process behind Jhin in the next one. Also for a new podcast I think the host is doing an excellent job keeping things interesting and the topics fresh. Been loving the casts since Episode 1.

RiotZwillJan 15, 20162 votes

Jhin may or may not already be in the pipe ;).

I absolutely love these podcasts. I've always wondered about riot's design process and these give amazing insight. Please keep making them! :D

No one Watchs the podcasts...

NonsenseCabbageJan 14, 20169 votes

i watch em, its the only way i can actually see more into the development process of the game which i think is a great connection between the devs and the player

AntiSkillshotJan 14, 20163 votes

That and telling us the backgrounds of the devs and some of the pro players is great for the playerbase.

CaitycooJan 14, 20164 votes

I'll probably start listening to some of them now, thanks

NonsenseCabbageJan 14, 20167 votes

also yeah how the hell can you watch a podcast like really. i didnt know i grew mutant eyes coming from my ears

RiotRiot TreblMuffinJan 15, 20164 votes

This is my personal favorite part. I like to find out who people are and how that informs their decision making.

LaoBushidoJan 14, 20166 votes

Dude these are awesome you should try listening to them.

BlüescreenJan 15, 20161 votes

Correction, Everyone watchs the podcasts but bahiwahi

BunquezJan 14, 20161 votes

The fact that there has been 3 comments and 1 good response tells me these aren't too popular..

NonsenseCabbageJan 14, 20165 votes

they arent too popular because no one gives them a shot, and its all about youtube videos nowadays. this is probably the best thing league related besides actual gameplay ive found in quite some time.

GuestXJan 15, 20161 votes

These podcasts are great; They are incredibly informative of the community and aspects outside of the in game play that everyone sees. I don't understand why all these comments are mostly negative when we should be thanking the creators and the guests for taking time out of their own lives to make an informatively fun podcast (without pay I assume). Thanks, Viktor 's (Creators :P)!

is shen going to reach behind him and grab the sword on his back that is the spirit sword when he goes to manipulate it? or am i confused about that, the smaller fancy sword is the "spirit sword" right?

So since you nerfed Shen's Q, and buffed his E to scale with HP, does that mean maxing E is the way to go now? Intended?

I'm thinking about doing Graphic Design/Game Design, but I don't make much money and I haven't yet finished my pre-requisites. How would I be able to be a game designer, if I even can?

ZakutoysJan 17, 20161 votes

Will Shen still be tanky because in the skin spotlights i see Shen with about only 2k hp?

DEMAGLIOOOOOOOOOJan 18, 20161 votes

i like listening to these in the background while I play soloQ
