Karthus is a powerful and persistent solo lane mage. Whittle your enemies down with repeated casts of Lay Waste, using smart positioning and timing to deal extra damage to lone targets. When your jungler comes in to gank, throw down Wall of Pain and activate Defile to deal huge area of effect damage to your slowed enemies. Even if they get away, they’re still not safe from Requiem, a colossal global ultimate that devastates every enemy champion on the map.

I'd pay a lot more for a Arcade Malzahar . Ult would just be vomiting rainbows on the enemy, maybe even having a jingle similar to Nyan Cat. And the voidlings could look like 8-bit space invaders.

Alright the arcade skin would have the changing color lay waste, nyan cat flying across the 8-bit wall of pain, the 16-bit doom spell for requiem and 8-bit ghosties circling him on the ground surface for defile.

Why is there no Traditional skin for him, Sivir, Twitch or Nasus after their visual updates compared to Sejuani and Trundle?

Because he doesn't need one? Because he wasn't a champion that got relaunched or something? Same for Sivir and Twitch, they were just visupdated. Though I do think that Nasus should have at least got some sort of option to retain his original VO lines, in memory of his previous voice actor having passed away some time ago. :\
