Emerge from the twilight with Shadowfire Kindred for 975 RP (normally 1350 RP), or bring death with the champ launch bundle for 1462 RP (normally 1950 RP). The Shadowfire Kindred discount and bundle will last until 23:59 on October 18.

With the release of Kindred, riot has released 2 new awesome looking icons, but alas they have to be purchased with RP. I'm sure at one point Riot mentioned that we would be able to purchase icons with IP or earn them.

Fair enough team icons should be bought with RP seeing as you're actively supporting that singular team, but for stuff like this we should be able to get them with IP or get them if you meet certain conditions.

For instance if you purchase Kindred within the first week of release you should get the icons free, or if you buy the project skins first strike, you should of got the icon with those as well. Even if its something as simple as play the champion within the first week to unlock the potential to buy the icons with IP, it would make a load of people happier.

TLDR; Let us purchase icons with IP!

I just bought Kindred with IP, I had about 15000 IPs initially but after the purchase, all of sudden all I've got left was less than 1000 IP. I think it costed twice as much it was supposed to. Anyone having the same issue?
