The Nasus Chroma pack has turned out to be the most different for each of the chromas. The white one is probably the best one I've seen. The rest of the Chroma Packs are just too bland. More color plox.

i think they were going for the deathknight theme from warcraft. the colors fit the 3 talent paths they can take. Green for unholy, red for blood, and the white/blue for frost

Oh yeah i'm 99.9% sure it is a reference to a Deathknight. I mean the skin is "DreadKnight". Anyone who has played wow and knows how the color scheme's for Dk's look should know that it is a reference to them.

Too bad not enough people who play the game actually take the time to read about what is going on behind the scenes in the game... They'll just open the client, see the advertisement for the skin packs and click "buy" like the stupid fucking lemmings they are.

Falling off a cliff with Rito there to help you, oh they do help you, just to grab your wallet, then kick you back over the edge...

There's nothing "community-oriented" in their corporate culture, other than them running these forums with a few mods posting under Rito tags.

The level of people who feel their salt is justified around here is absurd. Their business model is making money off of cosmetic things while keeping the actual gameplay entirely cost free and not pay to win... and people still have the stones to complain about it. Depends on what you take enetitled to mean, you aren't treated as well as customers compared to players of dota 2 because of the low standards like this you hold riot to

Riot locks over 90% of the gameplay content upon installation and dota makes more money per player on avg than league. So tell me again why riot locks gameplay content in a "competitive" game

Besides the operation of the wiki, assisting you-tuber's, helping kick off fantasy lcs. running group meet and watches for the LCS, makeing all kinds of music and videos. There is a lot of stuff Riot does for the community.

I made a free Android camera app that can do this sort of effects live. It never gained popularity. It can be done in the shader via a couple of lines of code. Looks like they might be just swapping the R,G,B values here. That is what one of my shaders did. So the work is like zero. You don't even need to make new textures, just change the shader program which draws the models ever so slightly. Ever seen those grayscale renderings in video games? It's the same concept.

EDIT. It was Called "Snap Dat Camera", but is no longer in the app store, as the $100 / year cost was more than it made me lolz. I could even record video live with these type of color modifications.

They should make a Project:Yasuo Chroma Pack The original color is orange. So the new colors should be blue, green, red, or yellow.

Chromas and skins are made way in advanced to when they are released and are made by a whole different team then the team in charge of game error correction.

They only affect the color of the champ, but it's reasonable bc it's only 590RP. Too many people complain that it's just a way to make money, and regardless if it is or not, it gives people the option and it's easy to pump out. And here's a wake up call to you complainers out there, IT'S FUNDING YOUR GAME. I mean really. I personally love recolor of skins.

I think the big problem people have with it is mainly how HotS deals with recolors like this. They are dependent upon reaching levels, therefore ending up free in the long run. So it feels like you are paying for something that was free. Or if you think about it in just LoL; They sell skins of similar quality as one Chroma, for less. And when you buy the Chroma, you most likely are going to pick a "favorite" one and use it. So you ended up spending 590 for what would normally cost 520/260. I myself love the chromas, but never have bought one cause of what champions they're on. (I use skins for Bard(Elderwood... Since it's his only) and Morgana(Blackthorne). But the rest I don't use often enough to care.)
