Wait, it was still ongoing? Oh! You mean you will remove those 4 items from the shop? You can't end something that hasn't even started properly. Giving us some icons and random shards to buy is not an event and definitely not a celebration of anything.

Yeah, he admitted it wasn't great. But I'm saying they could've given us literally nothing for this event. Said happy lunar revel and see you next year. etc. I'm just saying even if the event was not amazing it was better than literally nothing. I liked it, not as much as last year but it's the best we're getting for it this year.

They are not doing any favoritism or they might be, whatever, they're doing two weekends in a row per game mode recently so that it allows them more time to transfer game modes to the new client. Besides, we're getting a new game mode, so that's something.

Also they said (back when they started the whole RGM thing, I believe) that they were gonna be trying new things and testing out different ways of presenting the game modes. This could include changing the number of days per week that a game mode's available, or running the same game mode for a week or two longer (still rotating, just rotating a little slower).

Exactly, and it'll take time while they improve the updated client and add game modes to it, so this makes it so they don't have to rush the game modes out so quickly they can't make sure they work properly.

He paints the ground with the blood moon thingy and then put more paint on the floor but doesn't appear, it's like, you paint somethings, but nothing appears.

They have to make it so that it can be put into the updated client..... They might not even change any features. Chill out, yelling at them to hurry up won't get a quality product out any sooner.

Never said I was a fan of the updated client. But once they make it stable, and add in all the features they're planning on, once it leaves beta, THEN it'll probably be pretty awesome. But that's beside the point. They are trying to add game modes to the updated client as they go so that people don't HAVE to stay on the legacy client to play them.

You could still get MORE random skins for less RP generally speaking. I opened 10 dollars worth of those things and got skin permanents for shyvana and akali as well as skin shards for Star Guardian Poppy, Eternum Nocturne, Championship Riven 2016, and a few other assorted skin shards. Plus I still have one more pauldron i need to get to get another epic skin shard. I'm more happy with that than spending $10 on rp to get maybe 1-2 skins from the random discount shop, which riot can't implement in the updated client yet as they have much higher priorities that will take less time to add.
