Riot Pls: Runes Reforged and Honor Update

I for one feel very excited about the new updates especially with the Keystone rune changes. they seem from speculation, to be what i have hoped they would become and have been waiting for. I have more thoughts however I will wait for more information on the updates. however the honor system seems awesome as well and integrating key fragments into it is very thorough as a way for the system to gurantee a few fragments atleast every once in a while. however there are some summoners out there who don't keep to the code persee and will report someone for the sake of ruining their honor. how should we deal with these circumstances?
