Get Two Rune Pages for the Price of One

Riot·May 8, 2014·10 votes·136,150 views

Here at Riot Games we know the value of a good book – especially if that book happens to be loaded with powerful arcane runes. So to help you get the most out of your seals, marks, glyphs and quintessences, we're holding a sale on Rune Pages.

Between May 23^rd and June 6^th at 11:59 PM PST you'll receive two rune pages for the price of one on purchases made with either RP or IP.

You'll find the 2 for 1 Rune Pages item in the Bundles tab of the League of Legends store, so don't miss this chance to bolster your book while they're on sale.

Please note: this is a pre-announced promotion, meaning that we won’t be offering partial refunds on rune pages bought between now and the sale. Please mark your calendars!

That's actually pretty cool, if I blur my vision it looks exactly like Ralph.

Yaaay.... Rito removed my pixel art. Amumu

Lord MoriuzMay 10, 201456 votes

Really? O.o I hope they don't start removing my stories =/

KyserMay 10, 201429 votes

Oh man, if they started removing your stories there would be no point to post sales for us to look at online. You guys are like icons. I come to read Moriuz stories and recently have been looking for Noedig's pixel art. Rito plz.

Olath QuortekMay 10, 201424 votes

Are they really removing them!? Cause #1 I think it's retarded that they are! and #2 Why the hell do they let the idiot that put the 120 Draven pictures keep his?!

VentusDragoonMay 10, 201434 votes

I hate to say this, but you can never have enough Draven.

WHY DID YOU DELETE?

IdentityMay 9, 201412 votes

I didn't. Rito did it. :c

840DoubleBlazeItMay 9, 20144 votes

what was it?

IdentityMay 9, 201411 votes

It was Wreck-It Ralph... Emphasize WAS.

TriskaelMay 10, 20149 votes

They probably scrapped it because Wreck it Ralph is a copyrighted character or some legal business like that. 's a shame, I never got to see it D:

Dragon GodMay 9, 20148 votes

D: It was deleted before I got to see your epic work.

Commander EagleMay 10, 20144 votes

Was the Wreck-it-Ralph offending anybody?

NHOSMEkwL8May 9, 201460 votes

Nasus Wow Many Runes So Value Wow Based Rito

That moment when you have 6 rune pages and enough RP for the 7 14 rune-page bundle.

Rude and unnecessary.

StarblindMay 9, 201410 votes

I don't think the bundle will be 2 for 1.

NHOSMEkwL8May 9, 20147 votes

Well that would suck, I don't see why not though. I would be willing to buy multiple rune pages for half off, and since I need 14, that magic number of 7 would be a wonderful bundle to put on sale.

Slaven152May 9, 20149 votes

Just buy the 1 page during the 2 for 1 sale 4 times for a total of 8 pages, and it costs less than the 7 page bundle does when it's on sale.

ElJanitorFrankMay 9, 20147 votes

But he needs 14 to have exactly 20. Buying four 2 for 1s don't make 14 rune pages.

TaamarangMay 9, 20148 votes

*Very runes. Your name is Doge King, yet you don't even know doge grammar. C'mon, man.

ScerzyMay 9, 201445 votes

For two years I've been using one Rune Page for Attack damage and one for Ability Power. Once I buy these two, I don't really know what I'll do with them xD

HyaahMay 9, 20145 votes

ive been doing the same thing.... i see the value in more rune pages but ive outfitted mine to cover all the champs i play.....

AlistarOvereemMay 9, 201417 votes

I think you'll find numerous rune pages will really help out in certain matchups... Clairvoyance Not to mention if you ever have to support, haha...

J Bird68May 9, 201411 votes

tell me about it. i main support and i only have the two pages, so i don't have any for specific other roles

TenaciousDragoonMay 9, 20149 votes

That's how I was doing things until the last 2 for 1 sale. Now I'm running 4 pages, and am anxious to grab some more once the next sale hits. I figure 6 pages will be fine, but I'll probably bump my total up to 8 to be on the safe side. Who knows when the next sale will be? Might as well have them and not need them than need them and not have them.

Filling up the extras will take some time, too, since runes are expensive (and because I didn't buy any when they were on sale).

Raynor1111May 9, 20147 votes

I could've swore that they'd announced that it'd last two weeks... Oh well.

Slaven152May 9, 20142 votes

Yeah. They did originally say it would be a two week long sale. I don't know why it's only lasting 1 week... =\ But I am glad they gave people a heads up so people can grind up IP after the rune sale, and now another head's up for what days the sale will be in a few weeks.

FabledPotatoMay 9, 201412 votes

It is 2 weeks :P 23-29 and 30-6

Talking MudcrabMay 9, 20147 votes

If you get the 7 Rune Page Bundle (2600 RP) do you get 14 rune pages?

Slaven152May 9, 201410 votes

Just buy 1 page 4 times during the 2 for 1, and you'll get 8 rune pages for 2360 RP.

The GeeMay 9, 201429 votes

you can stop posting this repeatedly to people asking for it. They clearly want 14 rune pages for the price of seven. So how does telling them they can get 8 (which was obvious anyway) constitute any type of solution to their question?

ownerofhappinessMay 10, 20146 votes

Slaven is actually giving good advice. Stop hating

LuckmodMay 10, 201414 votes

He's actually not. 8 rune pages for 2360 is nowhere close to the 14 rune pages for 2600. Buying in bulk is almost always cheaper than buying smaller amounts. The 7 rune page bundle is cheaper than buying 7 single rune pages so telling people to buy a bunch of 2 for 1 single rune pages is not a solution to wanting the 7 page bundle to be 2 for 1.
