If you don't own Program Soraka, now is your chance to get it! It's basically the ONLY Soraka skin I use really.

It's feels great, it looks absolutely amazing, the voice over changes are on point, and the skin is overall just perfect.

I mean I kinda like reaper better because of the particles, and i have star guardian in my snow down shop at 60% off. It also does not help that I got the skin from a mystery gift.
