uh Why would you ruin Nikasaur's reputation with this Crap? [slayer-jinx-unamused]

ModWuksJul 7, 201711 votes

Mel's doing a great job adopting and adapting the Summoner Showcase series. Not only does this carry on Nikasaur's work and legacy, but it also continues to provide a venue for League of Legends content creators to gain exposure and recognition for their great work.

If you have feedback, I know Mel and the Summoner Showcase production team would be more than happy to give some thought into it. There's always room for improvement, but comments like this aren't constructive.

I was the Yorick at AX this year.

It was great to meet you, but I'm sad that my cosplay wasn't up to standards in the Facebook video.

Hey Oxite,

Nika chose left Riot back when the OG show ended. She is still making her own content, so if you want to, check out her social media!

RiotRiot swimbananasJul 9, 20172 votes

facepalm I needed to proof read this first. She chose to leave Riot back when the show ended, is what I meant to say.

Favorite non-canon ship? Rumble and Ziggs. Also, that ending killed me. "America's hat! Canada's pants!" XD

Making up songs about random things is fun. I'm glad you liked it!

so honestly i feel like it was to energetic. i like the fact that she is excited for everything, but she was way to excited for everything. i could have done without the sound effects. I love that we have showcased all the cool stuff but I feel like there could be a little more serious tone to the whole thing. the music in the background made me think i was watching a kshaway troll video. i mean this only to be constructive and i dont want anyone to take offense. i am just trying to help out ol' rito and friends

Hey Brick,

No offense taken! I love feedback so thank your sharing it! I'm still very new at hosting, so I appreciate you saying what you are thinking :)

watching this and it feels like everything she says is really forced, as if being loud is going to make it more exciting. CHECK OUT THIS NEW PIECE BY XXFIORAMASTER18!!! YOU CAN REALLY FEEL THE EMOTION !!! I used to watch the summoner showcase weekly, and whilst I didn't always watch them as they came out - I still saw every single episode and I enjoyed it. While I really support the cause of the summoner showcase, I probably wont be watching this summoner showcase. I know a lot of people like it though and that's great, keep making them. The artists are creating amazing content. -WorstLeaguePLayerNA ♥ [slayer-jinx-catface]

Hey Chrystalian,

Thanks for candid feedback! We are still trying to figure out the show and I'm still learning everyday how to be a better host. I'm sorry it's not quite your cup of tea, but thanks for understanding what we are trying to accomplish.

No problem darling, you have fun with the show! It's very easy to sit here and poke fingers until you're the one actually up there, I know this all too well. I think the important thing is to enjoy what you're doing, as long as you are then you're going to improve anyways. It's a really cool thing you and the team associated with this are doing!
Here's to wishing you the best. -Worst League Player NA ♥ [slayer-jinx-catface]

Why not put this on the League Community YouTube channel? I can't fullscreen whatever player you are using.

Why are you using a dead platform like facebook? Why are the vods not on youtube?

Chuck the ElfJul 9, 20171 votes

You toned down the volume from the last episode I saw, which is good. The enthusiasm is undeniable, and comes through quite well. Being able to speak/perform with minimal self-consciousness is an excellent attribute, especially for a show like this.

A suggestion; one of the strengths of the previous series was the interaction between individuals and guest stars. This episode appeared to develop in that direction with the eagle inclusion, but would it be possible to bring back some of the older stars as well? I understand this is a new approach to the show, but some of us still enjoyed the old format as well.

Another suggestion; could some of the updates be referenced? Riven vs Yasuo was an interesting update -- could this show be used as a launch base for heralding future similar actions? Just curiosity on this one, probably make the show longer than the requisite parameters.

Best of luck.

I'm not sure that I will be watching this myself, but I like the idea that summoner showcase is back~ Also it'd be nice if this was on youtube instead, and wasn't a 4:3 ratio or whatever. Anyways good luck~ [slayer-pantheon-popcorn]

This was my first time seeing "Summoner Showcase" and strangely enough, I LOVED it! The first time I saw it, I wasn't sure I would like Riot swimbananas quirky nature, but I came to love it by the end of the video! Hopefully, you're in more Summoner Showcases, I would stick around just for you!
