I wouldn't be surprised if Rito had this poll thingy where they could see the list of which Champions were most purchased recently so they can take said Champions and put them on massive sales. That would explain the tons of people with the "I just bought (insert Champion and/or skin on sale here) (insert recent timestamp here)!" quotes.
