LuvMomo2 votesOkie this has nothing to do with the skins but what is pre-season? Since season ended already...
grarrrg2 votesWe are currently "between Seasons". The Season generally being the Professional games. You could also call it Pre-season, Post-season, the off-season,... whatever makes you happy.
Pre-season usually starts with a bigger patch (next week) by Riot that messes with some big part of the game, then they work out (most of) the kinks and/or take off for the holidays until the next Season starts.
Last season they reworked the runes/mastery system. The season before they upended the jungle.
