My friend and I thought that it wuld be pretty cool if when a pentakill champ ults a tune starts to play. They play the tune with their instruments and if by some divine spirit all pentakill champs are in one game and ult at the same time they start to play a song. just an idea we had after he played Pentakill 
and I played Pentakill 
Can't imagine it happening, but I'd absolutely love if it did. Any in game music-related stuff with the Pentakill skins in any way shape or form would be great. I'd especially love for Sona's ult to get some nice Pentakill music, since the current sounds don't fit well.
I've wanted a special audio for a pentakill when wearing a pentakill skin for a long, long time (epic announcer woman rocking out, anyone??)
