@Riot increasing Zoe cooldown by 1-0.25s won't stop her from anihilating people from 2 screens away
Her cooldowns are a problem, but I personally think this is a much bigger problem

that's a funny picture :)
If it wasn't for the fact that, well as the the picture suggests they can't see what they should be seeing (the damage) and only the things on the sides (the cooldown) due to crosseyes they should be able to see whats wrong.
