Gotten two accounts into gold now, but need help with my problems
So I recently got this account into Gold, and I've started noticing my problems as I begin to reach for Platinum on another account and this one. The other one is currently gold 3 and about to be in promos for g2.
Instead of being the regular selfish player and only blaming my problems on my team I've noticed a few of the things that I seem to lack in and I was looking for some help in those aspects. I also know my strengths and continue to work on them just in case.
My main deficiencies are :

Lane phase CS'ing. I generally have a more aggresive playstyle and some times tunnel vision too much on harassing and trading with the enemy laner rather than farm. Don't get me wrong I can farm well and know how to last hit properly, but I tend to try and turn the lane into a Death Match rather than passively farm.

Over estimation of my mechanics. I'm probably the strongest in the jungle and have even played on some high plat/low diamond ranked teams as a jungler when I was still in silver in solo que. Been trying to branch off and playing as a mid laner and adc on this account and just seem to over estimate how well I can do against my opponent or just in general by trying to pull off crazy things that usually end up in me dying stupidly or messing things up.

Carrying. Plane and simple. I've always seemed to notice that I play a lot better when my team is on my shoulders but can never seem to finish it off. I know that its not always possible to consistently carry a game by yourself, especially when the other team is doing better than the rest of your team itself but its still very frustrating doing very well and just not being able to carry the rest of the team.
Any tips or some sort of advice that some people have for these types of problems would really help. I know some of these are just things that I need to work on myself but it'd still be nice. I know I can play at a higher ELO and tier because I've done it before. I also realize that ranked 5's is different than solo que but if I'm able to outplay enemy junglers or mid laners that are Diamond and Platinum levels it shows some sort of ability to play at higher elos by myself.
