I dont feel like streams teach anything

Ive had really bad luck in matchmaking recently and I figured I should watch the pros and how they climb the laders with horrible teams. Turns out these fukers are lucky as hell. Idk how they do it but everytime I watch someone trying to teach us how to climb they always get the perfect scenarios to win meaning almost every lane wins. If 2/3 lanes won their matchups then no sht your going to win I wanna see how you can win when your the only lane winning and everyone else including the jungler gets sht on because thats been my situation for the past 10 or so games. Doesnt really seem to matter if i roam if I win my lane ill get 3 maned and my teams dont take any objectives. Then come team fights i get shat on by the enemy fed laners...

Holy...where do I start with this one...

Maybe these pro streamers created the perfect scenario for themselves? Maybe they where there at the right time and had the strength to take advantage of the situation? Maybe the other lanes won because they did so well in their lanes, jungler could concentrate on other lanes, or maybe they did so well they were able to help other lanes?

You don't get to diamond+ with just "luck", nobody coincidentally always win with a good team, it's a team game.

Lets use your first loss as an example, you're TF, top did decently well and jungler was doing fantastic. Bot lane was the ONLY lane doing bad and yet you guys still lost. First off, bot was doing bad, they were feeding; the problem wasn't only that they were getting outplayed. You didn't go and help bot once (during laning phase) and irelia camped mid for you. If you're getting fed because jungle is ganking for you, return the favor by ganking bot, help them out, 2 man gank bot with Irelia, do something, don't leave them to die bot.

Watching streams isn't going to make you a perfect player overnight. You've got to learn how to execute the tips and tricks you learn yourself. I wouldn't waste too much time watching pros stream though. You most often learn a lot more by following smaller streams or looking up specific guides on YouTube.

If you haven't done so yet, also try and look up some written guides. Those are really useful despite the fact they can be boring-ish to read. You'll get better in time, don't rush it too much. Not every game's winnable. You'll always lose some.

Your lanes can win and your team can still lose - you can have a suicidal teemo die 51 times without a single kill or assist and still win. I still haven't forgotten losing as a 16-2 vayne.

I learned a lot from the little streaming I do watch, but I was also sticking to streamers who provided explanations for their actions. Philosophy plays a lot bigger a role than people often realize.

Yea i'm with LouTheLarge on this one. You don't really learn a whole lot from streamers with a lot of viewers. They are typically trying to put on a good show more than anything. Normally you will learn more from smaller streamers who have the time and smaller size to actually help you out and talk with you.

Now here is a little self promotion. I do stream around now and I try to help people learn the gaem as I know it. If you have time and want to stop by here is the link www.twitch.tv/onegarion.

Caps,

I'm sorry you feel that way. I agree that the pro's don't have a lot of time to help you learn.

If I may, You've already had one stream ad here, let me give you a second. I have a pair of Diamonds that I mod for that do free coaching weekly. They watch your ranked games, and focus specifically on what you can do as a part of the team to help. (warding, mechanics, roam, map awareness, etc). And then upload it.

Link is in my Siggy. Respond or add me in game if you have further questions! (Also, you can join the site, I'm the head site admin, so you can find me there too.

OP's problem is small words:

Find me a stream that shows how to comeback/win with a bad team.

That said, there are many games that i SHOULD have lost, simply because reasons, but the enemy team made a dumb play. Hell i lost quite a few games as a fed mid laner couse i made a dumb play. The trick is, you want to understand what each team wants in a fight, and recognise when it's your team's time. This requires playing as an initiator (ie: Vi, malph, J4) but you can pull it of as TF or Lee.

To give you an example, the enemy has Amumu+Kennen+Orianna+ Varus+Leona. This team wants 5v5 fights. So you want to split them (and thus your team) up, so they can't wombo your team.

Sadly you need experience to understand why things happen, and that takes time.
