How do i carry when my team refuses to peel for me?
From looking at the match record it seems that you stopped fighting around objective and let the other team set the tempo of the game. It looks like you lost map control or weren't looking at the timer for objectives cause your team was doing really well early but then you let them start taking free dragons and turrets when you were ahead. A lot of players don't know what to do when the out ring of turrets fall. That's when you start getting wards in the enemy jungle and catch them rotating. Once you get a pick you can easily transition into another dragon, second tier turret or force a 4v5 fight at baron. Team fighting is meaning less if you don't get an objective after. As far as your team peeling for you honestly shouldn't have had that much trouble positioning your self. You had two big front liners in Amumu and Hecarim who should have been taking most of the agro. They also lacked a lot of hard cc except for riven who you should be able to knock back and kite with bork. The only other way to get cuaght would be if you get hooked or speared in which case that cause you didn't position behind your front line. Most people in solo q dont understand how to peel for carries since they just want to dive. This means you have to find a way to position yourself where you can kite on your own rather then depend on your team mates, the jungle is your enemy in this scenario.
35 kills and lost. I don't see how you didn't end the game at that point. Position yourself way back on Vayne and let the fight start, just hit whoever you can safely. We can't help you with the score except if you had 35 kills and lost you most likely didn't take towers when you should have.
For one thing, the enemy had a really strong dive comp/hard engage comp, so they had an advantage from the start in terms of how hard you needed to be peeled. You only had a minor frontline of Hecarim and Amumu (neither of which are amazing peeler, but rather team fight engagers), with 2 very squishy low peel allies in Ahri and Soraka.
That said, you as a Vayne are one of the safer late game ADCs out there and should be more than capable of staying alive most of the time if you play safe, between your condemn and tumble, as well as your stealth on R.
Part of it is that your team had very sketchy objective control. your opponents got all 3 outer turrets in rapid succession, and then after a short amount of time, your team got their outer three. after that though, your team went a whole 16 minutes before taking a single inner turret. You should have been roaming as a group (or doing a 1-4 split to counter Xin Zhao's split) and rotating from top to mid to bot or vice versa, capitalizing on your strength in the mid game to force down as many towers as quickly as possible. if you had done that, you would have had a higher likelyhood of getting multiple inhabit, which would have made taking their nexus turrets and controlling neutral objectives much easier. Your team also appears to have tunneled really hard on bot lane, and instead of capitalizing on the inhabit you got their to take other objectives, you (I can only guess here) must have pushed hard for nexus turrets instead of all going top or mid to take out another inhibitor. It is statistically proven that roughly 70% of games where one team loses 2 inhibs they end up losing the match, and even fewer can win if you've gotten three inhibs.
As the most fed and powerful champ on your team, you should have asserted yourself as shot caller and pushed for objectives as a cohesive team. This isn't about how well you were peeled for, but rather how well your team worked to get neutral objectives and structures.
