Help in Diamond

How does one win in Diamond 5. It's a hell hole. A duo would be nice, or tips from a higher elo player. Are there things that Shit Tier diamond players don't do?

You would think Diamond is fun, no, no it is not. Playing in low Diamond is boring as hell.
