Hey guys i need some help finding a champ to main. I have no idea who i want to play. I have been trying to find a main for the longest time but I just cant find a champion to stick with. I would love to know your main champions and what they have to offer. Im willing to try all champs and roles but my prefrence is supp=jung>top>mid>adc

i main support with braum one of the tankiest champs in the game thats great in team fights. i never really jungle but i know alot of people that use shaco. top i love darius even though he doesnt have any escape still a fun champ that can cause a load of damage and can 1vs1 anyone. mid i love fiddlesticks even though hes mainly a jungler still a really good mid to i think with lots of sustain and adc i chose miss fortune whose ult can win games for your team

Well what do you enjoy doing? I main a certain "style" rather than a specific "champion" and I maintain this style of play no matter which lane I am

being passive and uninteractive is sort of my thing this shows based on my choice of champions

top lane: Nasus, Udyr(max turtle stance)... mid lane: karthus, ziggs, malzahar... bot lane: soraka, sona...

All these champions can ignore interaction with the other laner rather easily thats fine with me, I'm not here to make big plays I just wanna stay healthy and out sustain the other laner In other words, I dont lose... I dont always win but it will be absolutely difficult to try and "beat" me be saef, be conservative, be passive

You cannot go wrong with maining Leona. A good Leona can absolutely carry lanes. Heh. My girlfriend actually got a penta with her two days ago. Was funny.

Why do people insist on being a one trick pony? Why not play a range of champions?

Don't main someone because it may make you feel jaded.

In competitive fighting games, the "pros" have that one main character they're good with. However, the average tournament level player has a variety of characters to choose from so he can "counter pick" his opponent.

What I did was buy a champion and "main" them until I grinded the next 6300 IP. During that grind, I will be exposed to a variety of matchups and learn who he/she strong or weak against.

If you're mostly playing support and jungle, it's better to have a variety of champions anyway. The more versatile you are with support, the better you can counterpick your enemy lane OR compliment your adc/team champion picks. Similar idea for junglers.

I personally don't main any one champion, but in general I enjoy utility-based champions and ADC. I can play any support comfortably, and I enjoy mids like Orianna/Lux/Morgana because they can help make plays and still support the team. (I avoid 99% of assassins - exception is Ahri.) I also love utility/engage tanks like Nautilus and Malphite - more supportive than "I'm gonna burst and kill you now".

Don't worry about picking one champion to main, just play what you enjoy!

My mains in each role:

Heimerdinger Annie Top Vi XinZhao Jungle Annie Mid Jinx ADC Karma Soraka Leona Support

For the most part these are the champs I have the most fun with - that's the most important thing when you choose a main

Fiddlesticks Can play all roles. He counters a lot of top and mid champs, is pretty solid in the jungle (especially for new players), is OK at support, and going Crittlesticks is always fun.
