Looking for Top and/or Jungle Coach

Hey there guys. I'm a fairly new player, I've only been playing for about 5 months or so. But throughout those 5 months I've really tried to spread myself around to each position in the game. Through my playing I have found that I am actually a pretty good support, usually end up getting my ADC fed (gg), and I have also found out that I am a terrible ADC and mid-laner. However, I also found that I really love playing in the jungle and top.

• Jungle: When I jungle I like playing both assassins and tanks, from Kha to Naut, and just about everyone in between. But I find that I never get as good of a feeling as when I burst an enemy down or lock up enemy champions for my team to annihilate. However, I sometimes find I have a problem, where if I fall slightly behind the enemy jungler, I struggle to keep up and have to spend almost all game in the jungle trying to farm up to be useful in future teamfights. And because I'm stuck in the jungle, I can't help my teammates get ahead in their respective lanes.
• Top: Top lane is fun for me, especially since there are so many viable off-meta picks or uncommon champs that can be played there. And I especially love playing top-lane bruisers. My current two favorite top-lane champs that I play are Quinn and Yorick. I'm no the best at CSing, but I seem to be able to do better in top lane than anywhere else. I ward all the time and make sure I ping when I need to. But I still know I have so much room to improve.*

I'm a fairly quick learner, and I'm also not actually bad(I won two consecutive 1v1s against a Silver 2 player). So I just would like to know what I might be doing wrong and how I can improve. I tend to play really aggressive and go for early dives and just jump in at the start of teamfights. I know sometimes this is the problem, but usually my team wins as long as they attack as well. So, if you guys could help me out, give me some tips, or even play some games with me I'd really appreciate it. I really only have one friend that I play with consistently, so if anyone is looking for someone to play with I'm available most of the time. I also have Curse Voice and Skype for communicating during the game. So please guys, help me out here, and hopefully I can help you out in the future(:
