Honestly? Stop playing for a bit, watch a show, go for a walk, touch yourself, listen to music, take a bath, and clear your mind. :) Do some yoga if you want. Workout. Just take an hour or two break until you arent upset/angry about previous games.
Well, when you're getting frustrated, ask yourself what you can do in that game to change things.
Can you buy some wards to prevent people getting caught out? Tell your team not to try doing baron while behind, with no wards, and the entire enemy team is up? Remind the team 'hey, the enemy is almost entire AD...but armor!'. Can you over extend less, have better map awareness and ping to let people who are at risk no the enemy is coming / to fall back? If your team is just arguing, rather than listen and get frustrated, or taking a side, try to be a mediator and calm your team down.
Likewise, if there's nothing you can do, and you just are getting out played, or you have someone who is intentionally feeding, just accept it, and try to make the most of the game. You can always learn from a game, even losses or troll games.
If all that fails, and you're still pissed and starting to tilt, stop playing. You're just going to get worse if you play on tilt so don't play until you've calmed down.
That's all you need to do really. The only way the above fails, is if you think you're hot shit and can never fail or something stupid like that, since then you'll only blame your team and take no responsibility for bad things, which will just make you mad.
Take breaks in between losses, you want to come into each game with a positive attitude and sometimes it's hard if you lost your last game.
I find it helpful not to focus on winning and losing, instead I just focus on playing well. Because playing well is something you can control, whereas winning and losing is not. And it's kinda pointless to get salty about something that's out of your control, like afk's, trolls etc...
Take a break.......go outside and smell the flowers or play a different game. You want to do something else that can take your mind off of league and reset your mind so you're not thinking negatively.
I'm gonna go a different direction with this...already lots of good comments.
So here is something I struggle with myself that might help. When ever I get in a game and do what I feel I know is the right play at the right moment, and I die hopelessly alone and think "man if only my team woukd help me" I stop and go "that one's on me".
Here is the reality. You are stuck with the team you have good bad or ugly. The "right" play for a good team, is different than the right play for a bad one.
When I force a "good" play i know my bad team will not help me secure, I am the problem.
Being a high impact player and leader on your team is about resource management. You have to identify what your team is, and set it up to make the best plays that it can and will actually make.
For example, take the split push. It's a great strategy when you have a team that understands the 4 guys in bot lane cannot engage while you are in top pushing if it is 5v4. If you say hey guys I'm going to split top don't engage while I push...and they are bad...39 seconds later you will hear Quadra kill, and you will be alone.
Instead know they are bad...know they will not see or hear or remember you are a map away and they are 5v4. Only split push when you have teleport up and while you do it just go on auto pilot and keep your eye on their fight. That's right do not even watch yourself other than through the mini map unless you need to. Why? Because you KNOW they will try and fight and likely lose. But if you Tele in just as it goes down, there is a chance to clean up enemies in bad positions.
There are many examples from when to force dragons barons towers and inhibitors, to when to set up ganks and rotate lanes. The trick is asking myself what's the best way I can set up the players I have with me for a successful play? That is sometimes not always the best play in terms of what a team should do, vs what it can and will do.
Good luck.
