Looking at your match history I see that your itemization is very poor and you can't decide on what to build. Often times you will stop building something to get parts for another item. You also die a bit too much and your cs isn't the best it could be at your ELO. I'd be willing to help you out and guide you in your a play. Feel free to add me in game.
So far, here's what I can say.
Firstly, your CSing is quite poor. For example, your Ahri game you had 75 CS in a 43min game. For your Tristana games, you float below 150CS in an average 30min game. It's really unacceptable to have low CS scores with a game that lasts that long.
I don't know why you're not CSing--maybe you're having trouble, or you're trying to group more and sacrifice your CS for pushing lanes, ect--but especially if you solo lane or ADC, you NEED to farm well. CSing is the most constant form of gold income you may have. There's tons of guides/tips online that you can search to help you with your CSing, but you really want to aim for 100CS at 20mins in. That's generally the goal that I set myself whenever I play. Once you reach that goal, don't just stop farming, take time to get some CS in and such, especially if you're a carry. For junglers/supports, CSing isn't AS big of a deal.
Secondly, as the other person stated, your itemization is fairly poor. A support Morgana should never have tear (at least, imo). Instead of tear, you should be aiming for Zhonyas so you can team-wide stun the enemy and not get bursted down. For jungle Warwick, don't get the flask. You have one of the best sustains in the jungle. That flask is, what, 300g? You could have bought a cloth armor with that. And plus, you never want to get flask for a jungler. Just get 1 or 2 pots and use that. When you use smite on a jungle creep, you get health back. By buying flask and wasting whatever gold it is that it costs, you're starving yourself of important items. And even more, junglers don't get much money outside of their jungle, potentially the enemy jungle, and kills/assists. You're on a low budget dude. So wasting gold on things that aren't useful to you is a big no-no.
And as the other person said, you tend to have parts of different items. It's more efficient for you to finish one item and then go onto the next. If you're having problems picking which part of a certain item you should purchase first, this is how I usually go: for example, when I have 1200g and I need to buy Randuins. I can afford both parts but only 1 of them. Usually, I tend to buy the more expensive item (in my mind, if it's more expensive, it's more worth).
Third, keep your dying at a minimum. Learn to use wards to scout the enemy so you know where they are and won't get caught out. If a teammate gets caught out 1v3, and you're a lot weaker than the enemy, don't try to play hero and save them. Often, I see people in silver elo rushing in 1 by 1, trying their damnedest to help their caught out teammate, only to die. Then the next teammate dies. And the next.. so on and so forth. If you KNOW that you're stronger and can survive a 2v3, by all means try and make a play.
That's pretty much all I can say after looking at your match history. Only other thing I can tell you about being on a losing streak is to not play ranked for awhile and just relax about it. If you lose 2 ranked games in a row, stop playing. Go log out and do something else. If you keep trying to play while you're slowly going on tilt, you end up hurting your LP/MMR instead of helping it.
Good luck to you.
