Tilt Prevention

As seems I got WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY out of control with my previous posts, so I am going to a different approach.

One post tells me to need the perfect game plan for 3 champions I like to use; Volibear , Warwick , and Nasus , but no such luck.

Another post says about the way I overextended too much and need to know on how to keep this from happening, but the comments were too complicated.

A couple of posts that I made were deleted because I screamed on them, calling the public out, cussed a bunched of times, and practically roared like an angry, enraged beast. I ran out of patience that time.

And then, when I shouted my lungs out, I broke out in emotion and cried and wept and sobbed and wailed uncontrollably in my most recent post.

But the main reason that I made a bunch of posts for a couple of days is that I was on tilt for WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too long. And I'm asking you, all of you, that what would I need to do to get me out of tilt and prevent me to get on tilt ever again. Would you help me get through this difficult time? That would be great if you would help me out. So, would you, please? [sniffling] I may be able to break out into tears if I get no help. Help me, won't you? Please help me.

You can always get put on tilt by that one person who blames you unfairly, or the person who doesn't know what they're doing and yells at his team to compensate. Those are the biggest reasons for me to go on tilt.....

I suggest:

  1. Remembering that your value and skill is not defined by one game.
  2. When somebody tries to fuck with you, mute them. It's better than any other option.
  3. Remember the good games you had, let them motivate you when shit gets real.
  4. Again, don't be afraid to use the mute. It's amazing. If somebody is just talking stupid and you want to flame them, mute instead. If you have feeders that don't know how to communicate, mute them. You will loose far less, and your future games will be less affected, if you master the use of the mute.

I think tilt prevention has a lot to do with what you do outside of the game. Pay attention to whether you're tired, hungry, restless, etc... and solve those issues first.

If you're screaming your lungs out you probably have a lot of pent up energy, a good sign you need to exercise.
