LOL Coach needed a good player willing to help :)

Hi I am Fang I've been playing lol for approximately a year and a half and sadly my highest rank was S3 promos back in Season 4 went 7/3 in promos S5 and got B3 I am trying to climb but am finding it hard due to others not trying or doing bad but the main problem can't be them it must be me.
