You don’t have to read all this just give me whatever... You can check my match history all you want I’m not saying I’m good. But it feels like I'll be playing and doing really well, I’m carrying alot, my team flows. Then i crash and burn and my MMR sinks, i try to keep team positive if i can if it’s beyond me i mute the toxic ones. I try to focus on objectives but people are just everywhere theres no communication we get caught and all people just give up want to surrender and leave. For some reason, even if i was just doing super great earlier, now i can’t last hit minions i can’t dodge anything my positioning is wacked and my team is the same. How can i keep myself carrying and doing well??? Idk what’s going wrong i try to stay positive but things just go downhill every time. Seriously i just supported a first time kalista in ranked who didn’t know how to bind and kept getting caught then ulting and killing me as well. I asked people in lobby to go their best lanes too people just don’t want to play who they’re good at!

Ok second half of this was kinda rambling but i hope you kinda get what i mean :/ I’m not saying it’s always my team but they’re not exactly helping in most cases. Any advice on how i can consistently play well and encourage my team to play smart too?

Have at least 2 champions in every lane ( jungle ) and play them and master them. Don't play every champ every different game cause you will learn nothing and never improve. Hence why "pros" have a normal pool of like 5 champs that they never EVERY match up with and how much dmg they can do ect and thats what you need to do.

For example

I main support and my goto is thresh if hes picked or banned then blitz if i mid : Annie, Lux jungle: Lee, Ekko Top: Shen, Malphite

Hope that helps

Develop a champion pool that covers most roles. But more importantly a champion that is fun to play

Find a champion you really like and dedicate some time to reading/studying in depth guides and watching experienced player's videos (with them playing the champion). Take the information you fancy from the guide/videos and apply it to your playstyle and adjust. Don't copy the guide or video exactly just use what is comfortable to you and retain the important information. Do this for at least one champion per role and you should be pretty well off.

Also learning what every champion's kit/playstyle is will really help you.

ALSO ignore toxic people and just focus on how you can get better. The key is never placing blame anyone else. Just think about how you yourself can improve and what you could have done to make the outcome of a certain play/situation more favorable.

Also in lower elo you should really abuse strong champions and/or snowball champions, since in lower elo you usually have to carry yourself out.

And one more thing is to always ward, ward, ward. Always try to have a vision ward up no matter what role you are and always, ALWAYS upgrade your trinket. I usually try to upgrade my trinket after my first or second item but just make sure you upgrade it eventually. Hope this helped.

One last thing to remember is that if you are on TIlt, makes sure to close the game and take a break. if you lost 2 matches close the client. that will save you lp. Play some normals for practice. Main a couple of champs. You will never be the best of All 5 roles. Practice key roles and know all the info to all of the roles. Learn more champs. Watch pro players on streams. There are a few things to learn from LCS and Worlds but watching pro players on streams will yeild more fruitful than LCS.
