cry, there isn't much you can do but play safe and lose farm. Try more for late game and see if you can get your junlge to help.

Max range Q to farm. When he starts roaming, usually sometime around level 1, look to ult after he has used trickster to counter the roam.

Can use Gold card to zone. Keep up your mana and just pick Gold and force Fizz to either make a play or run away (or get hit anyway). He's very hard, I won't lie.

Use Red Card to zone and damage LB while pushing the wave hard (as always, keep mana up). LB will either waste W, allowing you to hurt her more, or miss out on a lot of farm, which lets you keep using the same strategy and gives you time to roam. If she W's through minions to E you, Q and ult Q you or just W - Q - E - Ult -- she will deal a stupid amount still, but your reflexes should allow you to get off your own full burst with the help of minion aggro. Don't let yourself be caught by this combo if you just used your Pick a Card. Don't let yourself fall for this period. Space yourself and go side to side since her missile speed is reduced on both W and E.

To be honest, Red Card is your bread and butter against champions that give TF a very hard time. It weakens all the minions, applies CC so your Q can even hit on them, and deals damage in AoE -- all while staying at a higher range away from full enemy burst. Can even catch those running away out of range if their minions come in. (Yasuo isn't the only one who can turn your minions against you). The biggest problem is keeping your mana up, which I never actually find too difficult with TF. Just remember to Blue card often, maybe get Blue Buff, or play a passive aggressive playstyle.

There's another risky playstyle involving pushing hard, going into the bushes and making them afraid and go to either ward or start pushing because they think you left -- just walk out and initiate a full burst, then run back into the bushes to go back to turret and farm.

Keep in mind, TF's power isn't in laning to begin with though. His ult and presence snowballs other lanes and makes him a huge team player. Abuse that.

Well my tactics against diamond Fizz Leblanc and the likes aer the following:

U get 2xitem 1056 and item 3020 ASAP.

On lane you farm with max range Q.

After that you rush item 3102 (no kidding) and you'll just laugh the /all rage frmo thoose 2 idiot constnatly trying to 100-0 you but fail to do so.

TF is one of LB's easiest matchups. Not much you can do.
