What to do when the enemy team arams

So, I'm trying to get out of bronze. I'm doing alright, but i experience this problem a bit, and it can't be fixed by warding. The enemy team was fed. Not by me too. Im doing alright, but most of the other people on my team are behind, even though i tried to help them, ganked for them, and did get or give them kills during those ganks. And don't think I'm blaming them. I'm trying to find what to do next if that fails. The enemy team arams. They're ahead. So our 5v5 will probably get us aced. Usually i play a jungler, and in most situations, even if I'm not jungle, I'm someone with split pushing potential. But heres the thing. If i leave to split, my team is going to get 4v5d, even under tower. Then we lose two towers usually. And if the first one is gone already, we lose two and inhib. Then i get called noob for not being there to help even though i got a tower. I usually tell them if they can't 4v5 under tower then it's their fault. My first question is, am I wrong for that, my tactic of splitting at that time, and my response? And if i don't leave to split, but defend, they beat us 5v5 because i am focused down, then my team is dispatched quickly after. What do i do in situations like this? Pushing other objectives won't work because we can't pressure them hard enough without losing more objectives or more important ones. But grouping doesn't work either. Please help.

The strongest member of your team shouldn't be the one pushing the outside towers. If you have a team member that is behind on experience, having that person sitting in mid lane sharing XP with the others isn't going to benefit anyone. Ask them to go split out wide and gather XP and gold. Help your team put together a defense. Keep your wave clear champions up and alive in the mid lane while you smite out some of the side camps in the jungle. Put wards up in your own jungle so that the person you have pushing out the waves on the sides isn't flanked by the enemy team.

You aren't trying to initiate team fights when they go ARAM style. You're trying to clear waves, stall out the game, and get your team back onto solid ground. That means staying under tower, pushing out waves of minions to the river, and keeping up your vision. If you know there is only one of the enemy out on his own, your team can make a pick on that champion. But without the vision, and if you are out of position, you're going to be at a huge disadvantage. Don't go wandering in the jungle. There's no reason to get yourself picked off and your team aced while you're waiting to re-spawn.

Also, giving up a turret isn't always the end of the world. It's an objective, but it's not THE objective. Your defense is to keep the Nexus up and giving up a second tier turret while your team farms up a couple minion waves is alright, as long as you put up a strong defense once you get to your inhibitor turrets.

And as a final note, the defense of your base starts in champion select. If your team composition does not have at least one or two members on your team that have strong wave clear, you are going to be in for a hell of a game. Your chances of winning are a lot less and you should consider making a champion selection that gives you wave clear. The game is all about minion waves and how to get them pushing in your favor. The better you can kill their minions, the more pressure you put on the other team. They can't take your towers if they don't have minions to tank the damage.

Good luck in your climb.
