Help

I need some information on getting out of bronze I have just played a game where my team did alright till the end when my top and Jung didn't use the baron buff properly and we would've won. They did not push with the team when we said to or anything. I am hoping that people out there will help me I used to be in silver but then new season came and 6 of my games where judged where I was placed someone afked One game 3 people did 1 came back but it was to late. So I just need tips and advice please
