Your build is the biggest thing that can be seen from just the match history.
First, a minor thing. it looks like you're standard building an IE right off the bat on your ADCs. this is nice, but i wouldn't say to do it first item, here's why. if you've only got it, then you've only got a 25% crit chance. so you have a 25% chance to do a 50% more damage crit (as compared to no IE. However, if you start with a
or a
(would suggest PD because it's a lot more money efficient and the stats are better late game, but it's personal choice) then you gain much more. the AS will help with last hitting early, the crit chance will still give you the throughput you need for kills, and then getting that IE is much more of a power spike than it would be first item.
Now for the more important thing, best seen in your latest nasus game. Your build is too standard. ignoring the
combo that zergling pointed out, you built a ninja tabi and a randuins. Graves was strong, but they had a lot more magic damage on the team than AA based AD. The biggest thing here is that you don't want the same items every game, you need to adapt. if they have an adc who is all of their team, grab those 2 items! but if their team is a lot of magic damage, then just a spirit visage is generally not enough.
is a very good alternative to ninja tabi, especially with the tenacity. There is no solid rule on item builds (in general. some items are mandatory) so always make sure when you buy something, its for a reason, not because 'it's on the recommended build!'
finally, the lanes. you're always going to have good and bad lanes. it happens. what i've found, is that the best way to improve at a lane is to find a champion that you love, who does well there. I sucked at adc till i found Quinn,. i'm still not great, but the games aren't losses because i have to go there. look over the champion pool, find some prospective ones, and go for it. when you find one you like, spam it in normals/team builder till you get a feel for them. they don't have to be your new main, but you want someone whose style you can work with when you need to play them.
