Do you use quick casting or normal casting?

Quick with Indicators

I do not have a reason to use any other casting method. Normal cast is inherently slower, and I like to be able to see ranges when I want them.

Every seconds and even milliseconds counts, so putting it on Quick Cast is highly recommended.

Quick cast + indicators, except E and R.

Almost always quick/smart cast, but there are a few situations where I don't smart cast (like when I'm trying out a champion for the first time, I always at least turn it to smart cast with indicators so I can see what my spell will do).

Usually i leave hook on quickcast but hook on normal, just some feel more right than others. Also i leave spells on wall on normal so i can see what im doing, but usually everything else is on quickcast

I wouldn't use smart cast on important cc abilities, like Zyra snare, Amumu bandage, or blitz hook. Mostly because I want to make sure I connect. But most other abillities I do smart cast.
