Stuck in Bronze (Help)

I don't know if this is the right place to post this.

So I've been playing League for a while, and I can't seem to get out of bronze. Every time I end up into a new Division (3), I always end up back to Division (4). I tried hard a lot, and learn new things to get outta bronze.

Is it better to have a duo or is it better to just play Solo queue, because I've been in Solo queue for 3 months now and I've been in too Duo couples of times but it felt the same, always win a lane but lose the game.

Is it that i'm always in a Queue with people who makes bad calls, trollers, or just bad players. I'm still pretty bad at the game, can't lie about that. But I need help, how do I get out of bronze division?

Any response, and opinion will be greatly accepted. Thank you!

if you win lane all the time, you have to use that to either pressure and force the other team to send a few at you (and you don't start to die) or you have to roam and help the other lanes.

it's better to solo Q, unless you are sure your duo can carry since duo mmr makes it harder for your team.

if you keep improving, you will keep climbing, just focus on what you can improve on.

So I'm in a similar situation. My win rate overall is still quite low (46% up from 40%), but my recent win rates have been 55-70% consistently for about 3 weeks. Aside from the frustrating and unnecessary series cockblocks, I'm climbing slowly. Two steps forward, one step back.

Basically all this bullshit about "every loss is all your fault!" really is bullshit and completely unhelpful. Don't focus on "what you're doing wrong," because if you're already consistently dominating lane then better harass, pressure, and CS are probably not what's causing losses.

Think constructively by imagining that you're babysitting 4 unruly children who won't listen to you and talk back, but you're still responsible if they get hurt. In other words, think outside your lane and start thinking of the entire map as your job. Things to remember:

  1. If you want something done, you have to do it yourself. Assume you are getting 0 ganks. Do not assume anyone will place wards. Do not assume anyone will go for dragon or be there for team fights. Do not assume anyone will back you up if you get caught or initiate.

  2. Play with a few champs that you know inside and out, including all power spikes, matchups, counterbuilds, off-meta, etc. Some matchups you just cannot win, and your job is to not feed and follow safely when they roam. Some you can dominate. Some champs it starts one way and reverses based on items and skills. Know your limits so you have the knowledge to make good decisions about engaging, chasing, pushing, and getting the fuck out.

  3. It's not your fault if you're owning bot lane but your mid TwistedFate feeds the enemy Lux 11 kills during lane. Really, it's not your fault. But it's your game, so you have to solve that problem before it gets to that point. If you're ahead, make a point to barrel through mid after TF died once or twice. If it's top lane that needs help, it's ok to loan out your support for a little lane triage as long as your lane will be safe.

  4. If you notice a lane that can't be bothered to ward anything, ward it. They won't do it, and they will keep feeding.

  5. Assume that your teammates will think pings do not apply to them unless specifically pinged. In other words, if you need help pushing a turret and ping the tower and ping for help, that's not enough. Ping the portraits of the players you expect to help push. A lot of the time people are just oblivious or assume pings are for the jungler only. Pinging the player will increase your chances of cooperation. Just make sure it's a good call.
