How do I get out of Bronze 3?

The highest I've ever gone, for one reason or another I end up on a losing streak and drop down to B5. It's really frustrating. Should I just duo at this point? Main something besides ADC? Try to hard carry?

I always see a lot of advice in these threads about champ selection. But in Bronze working on the basics will help you climb with any champ. Knowing the flow of the game when your champ is strong/weak, Having a general strategy of how you're going to win your lane or even if you need to win your lane early can make a much bigger difference then picking an OP champ. Play the champs you enjoy playing and work on having an impact in the game. In bronze their are a lot of mistakes being made and even if you are way behind a good ward or a perfect engage can win you games. Have faith in your teammates they are trying to win and give your opponents credit they are not bronzlords and even if they are so are you. Play to get better and not to win, work on your warding even if you are ADC or APC or whatever. Most importantly take responsibility for your losses they are yours and you are the only consistent thing in solo Q.

Well, I duo'd into b3, and then stopped playing support right after i got in. Then I just duo'd with a support main and went mid lane as vlad main. You need a main who can carry, and atleast 1 decent person in every game to win.

Watch Videos and Top Players to learn about different game choices that you may or may not know. Once you have the concept down, go into Normals and play a champ about 10-20x that is CHEESE MODE. When I mean Cheese Mode i mean champs who can go into the game and win early / win mid game / win late game and the enemy can't do anything about it. Examples are MID LANE : Chogath Yasuo Viktor Veigar TOP LANE : Riven Pantheon Fiora Olaf ADC LANE : Ashe Tristana Vayne Graves JUNGLE : Udyr Diana Fiddlesticks MasterYi SUP LANE : Soraka Lux Thresh Braum

Any other champ you are looking into needing mechanics to win that game. Alot of people will say why not pick champs like Zed!? Well the answer to that is simple, you are Bronze and the reason behind that is you don't have the grasp of the game as experienced players will and all ZED mains understand the hardship of picking ZED and the enemy team picks things like Lissandra Lulu Kayle Sivir Fizz summoner 3 item 3157 item 3140 you get my point.

Oh also last advice .. Elo Hell does NOT exist, it is a state of mentality. If Elo Hell Existed then smurfs would be stuck in low elos and I myself proven getting out of bronze is fairly easy multiple times for myself to prove to myself Elo Hell isn't true. You just have to play to make mistakes and learn your mistakes without blaming others. If you go 10-0 and still lose, it is not because your team is stupid, it is because you didn't abuse your huge lead to victory. Hope this helps.

What if you enjoy playing tanks? Is it possible to climb while being a frontliner?

duo with a friend you consider at or above your skill level dont rage (if you have problems with this disable in game chat) practice, if you're stuck in bronze 3 you're probably just lacking in mechanics buy wards, no matter the role, if you leave base with an extra 100 gold and no ward i'll slap you

There are a lot of things that are needed to be great at League of Legends. You are doing a few of these things well, a few of these things okay, many of these things poorly, and hundreds of these things terribly or not at all. Identifying the things you're doing wrong is the best way to improve. Reviewing your replays is a good way to pick up on your mistakes. If you can't easily identify the mistakes in your replays, you might want to have someone else watch you play to show you what you were doing wrong. I'd be willing to do this for you, lemme know if you would be interested.

im in B3 aswell and my lolking score says I do better as a support then as adc... xD

ADCs don't always have to be the ones to carry.

like last night i went against a SusanNasus and a veigar Veigar They're both stacking champions so the more the game drags.. the more power they get.. well... we took too long..

SusanNasus is a very hard carry heavy splitpush/tanky champion where if stacked enough can do thousands of damage on his Q

Personally I hate adc as a role and prefer to play tanky utility champs and lane bullies (carried out of bronze w/ heimer the first time, nunu/amumu the second account). However, a good ADC is probably the easiest to carry role in the whole game.

I'd focus on 3 things: 1) learning to CS well. In most of my bronze games people would be around 40 cs at 10 minutes. If you're at 60 cs at ten minutes then you have 50% more gold than their gold. That's a big advantage 10 min in, if you get a kill or two in addition to that it can be game over from there. 2) Positioning. Peeling at low elo is almost non existent so leaning to kite and orb walk is essential. If you get good on long range champs (cait, trist, jinx, maybe twitch bc of his ult) then you should be able to almost never get caught just w/ your kit and positioning, while still putting out a ton of damage. 3) Learning to duel/improving your trading. I've played against supports who won lane for their ADC and practically 1v2'd our bot lane at lvl 2 and we never recovered, but you can't expect that every game. I wouldn't recommend playing vayne at low elo bc her mechanics are so hard you honestly don't need to learn something that difficult when you could play much easier champs and win np, but a vayne who is smurfing can duel so well w/ tumble and condemn and her ult that it really doesn't matter how bad her support is. Learn to trade better and it will make your support's life super easy (which is huge bc you have a lot of supports who are filling at low elo).

My suggestion at the end of the day is find something you find really fun and practice it as much as you can. If you love corki learn to trade well in lane and bully the enemy adc w/ your bomb, then learn to poke w/ rockets and clean up mid game, then the next part, etc etc. If you love jinx learn to save yourself w/ chompers (know the exact range and have it on smart cast), learn the different situations to switch gun forms and how to time your rocket right for executes. If you love graves learn to gauge how much your buckshot ult combo will do based on your strength and enemy armor/hp, learn to use smoke not just for slow but to play tricks w/ line of sight during a duel, learn how to dodge w/ dash and when to use it to go in vs saving it to get out.

There is a ton you can do, but find an adc that is mechanically simple and just practice the basics (trading favorably, kiting/positioning, csing properly) and you'll go up. Also play simple mechanics champs in other roles so you don't have to learn a bunch in them when you don't get adc.
