I can't seem to improve.

I'm in an awkward spot atm where I have (probably?) just one champion with whom I'm comfortable with and luckily it's a champion who I like to play as. Janna

I don't have any clue as to what I should do for other lanes. In normals I usually fill and last second pick someone randomly who belongs in that lane (or not if I freak out and click randomly).

For my worst role (jungle) I've been cycling through all of the different junglers that I own, but still haven't found one that I can play. The role itself doesn't suit me.

I've started ranked recently and I rarely get to support (lol). I have little experience mid/top, and negative confidence in my jungle ability. I've been doing team builder, custom games, and queuing with friends to try out champs, but I can't seem to find anyone that I'm good with. I've been practicing, yes, but it doesn't feel like I can be, at the very least, decent in my ranked matches.

I should probably have more games under my built? I think since season 5 started the most played games I have with 1 champ is like 40...

To improve your other lanes, just try out the champions they offer each week in different lanes. Also try doing super non-meta lanes with your champions.

For jungling, I completely understand. They way i started to love going jg was going through my champions and looking at what I like most in lane, evevaluating their survivability and then testing them in the jungle if I believe they can do decently. You're also not going to like a lane until you find a champion that makes you like it. Try out assassins, tanks, fighters, mages, etc. in the jungle. Technically, anyone can jungle so try out whatever you think would be fun and roll with it. I guess this applies to all lanes, but whatever.

Play some Draft Pick with the intention of filling a role you aren't good at, or a Support other than Janna. Don't default to her at all.

If you have no practice at all on a champion, don't go PvP with it until you are comfortable with it vs. AI. There's nothing wrong with playing against bots to learn a champion (it's recommended really). You can only learn so much vs. AI, but there is much you can gain doing it.

Interested in a champion? Watch the pros play it! You'll see them perform neat tricks you never would've considered, let alone thought possible.

Bottom line is that forcing yourself to only play one champion is a sure way to never be good at others.

There is a number of things you can do.

first, if you can find some friends to play with. JOining a teamspeak community can help. When you are playing with them don't be afraid to ask them to let you play a role you don't spend much time playing. Hopefully they'll work with you and you can get out of the support role. Note this isn't calling "fill" its a case of saying up front. "Hey can I mid for today. I want to practice."

Second, look at a champ and if you like them try to spam them for a week or two. I only started in January, but I have 60+ games on Jinx (she carried me to level 20) almost 100 on Sejuani (she carried me until I entered ranked play.) and nearly 80 on Sona (I switched to her because Sejuani was and is a must ban in ranked.) I do get my preferred role a lot more because I prefer support, but if your teammates know you have a champ you like to play they'll usually work with you to allow you to play your favorite role. (half the reason I ended up playing Sejuani so much was at the time my regular group had a support main so I had to move somewhere.)

Third, On jungling. Jungling is as much a game of knowing routes and timing as it is about being expert on a champ. You mostly need to know what order to take camps and when they respawn so you can maximize gold while still providing map/lane pressure. Many people recommend Warwick or Yi as starter junglers, but I'd recommend Amumu. He's easy to learn to play as he has only 1 skill shot, and once you upgrade his jungle item he can clear camps effectively. at bronze/silver Elos he's quite effective as a ganker as well. The pattern is easy, Put a point into W and then make sure you have a leash. Smite, turn on W and kill Gromp. Put a point into Q and then Q to the blue buff and kill it. (you'll use 1-2 potions here depending on how good your leash was.) turn of W while you walk over to the red buff, Turn it back on a and then q to the red buff using smite to finish it. Then depending on your health you can gank if you feel strong, kill a river scuttle for gold or back and upgrade your jungle item. After that, its just a case of making sure your buffs are never up long while you clear camps and visit lanes.
