You have to carry the game yourself to get out of bronze.... If you cant carry you dont deserve to climb.
yes i think thats my problem I expect my team to help carry I usually do really well and if I have a feeder it doesn't matter because I'm already 17/6 or something but i expect my team mates to be decent too especially if i have basically killed everyone. When you get to upper b level people get a little more consistent so i started to relax. I think that was my undoing.
Do you know who Gbay99 is? He's been a player since beta and a youtuber since season 2, in case you don't. He just put out a video that I think you should watch. -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wcep3XfHi8k
So now I can't connect to the game. A RANKED GAMe. Let this have been a normal game and I wouldn't have a problem at all but ranked its always something
This is just from my personal experience last season when i went from b1 to p5. For bronze playing jungle was key because they decided the game. Your ganks were so devastating because most players are bad at CSing in general so knocking them behind at all makes them discouraged and off track since most players in bronze are unable to adjust builds and such. For example a jax is going against someone that has alot a poke but still goes with a doran blade instead of flask.
Once you carry yourself out of bronze, since you literally can put a game on your back, silver isn't that much of a difference. I carried my self out by playing apc supports that would just spoon feed my adc or become so big that i was basically another mid lane. Support is almost impossible in bronze because you have incompetent adcs.
Quit blaming your team mates and start blaming yourself, pretty good starting point. I used to be like you, thinking "God, if I just had a decent team I'd be out of here."
Later I realized I was an idiot and a complete nub (still am, but a touch less), learned to focus on myself and upped my win rate substantially. Past 20 games I have been at a 65% win rate. How? I play the best I can and try to make the best decisions possible (not saying I always do, but I try). Making one solid play for your team can turn the entire game around in Bronze/Silver. Making a chain of good decisions can give you a lead even a team of players at their worst won't throw away.
I've realized even in Bronze/Silver, YOU have more of an impact than you think. If you can't see that, you're too focused on the wrong thing. I've won plenty of games focusing on my play even with a mid and top at 0/6 by 15 minutes, which brings me to my next point.
A guy in a video I watched said something that I've seen to be true in every single game. In Bronze/Silver when a team has a substantial lead, they tend to just flick your balls repeatedly. Yeah, it hurts, but it isn't crippling. You can always grab them and kick them back square in the nuts. It isn't until the higher leagues that when you fall behind, instead of the winning team just "flicking your balls", they grab you by the waist and rail their knee into your groin, repeatedly. You can't get back up from that.
So TLDR; Focus on yourself, you have enough of an impact BY YOURSELF to win games consistently. I've been living by that and steadily climbing ever since (still not very far, but climbing XD). All about the mind set buddy ;)!
play strong champions that can carry such as kata, yi or smthing like that. Helps a lot. U dont have to rely as much on ur teamm8s
