#1 Tip to Climb out of your Elo

Don't even for one second consider yourself good, ever....This is the easiest way to cause yourself to stay your current elo, if you always think you're good then you end up blaming your team mates and never owning up to yours mistakes. There is always new stuff to learn and things to improve on, that's why I find humble LCS players tend to improve the fastest.

no do not take this advice build confidence know what your character is capable of and practice aram for a better knowledge of what you could face in matches.

Don't consider yourself good?....that's the stupidest tip I've ever heard. League's ELO has been proven to be based mostly on luck rather than skill. The luck is getting paired with compatible teammates. The skill is secondary. Yeah, not being toxic always helps because all that does is make enemies out of your teammates. But that simply has to do with actually being a 'good' player in general...not a successful one in elo...

They just abuse OP champs. Read bio of any pro - they were maining 1 or 2 strong champions, and started to learn other champions only when they reached very high elo.

that I agree with in this game you will always learn something never think you know everything.I have PTSD so I outburst allot but the best trick for me was going to aram. I have played that constantly 12-18 hours a day for almost 3 years and have learned most champions and how they can handle vs others that way.we just started going back to rift this season but once I get use to the map again it will be interesting to see what I learn next.

Dam up vote once button. Almost 95% of the time your death was caused by you. Don't try blaming someone else.

If someone is actually trying to improve and taking the game seriously then you are right. Considering yourself good is being complacent and you will remain "good" instead of becoming "amazing". Underestimating/overestimating opponents is also not going to help. Some pros play with names off to help them mentally, so it makes them feel like they are playing against a Jinx instead of playing versus doublelift.
