Aggressive Player; Am I alone ?

The more and more I play League,I start to notice that I am a very, very aggressive player. I don't like to sit around and wait for someone to do something because 9/10 that just leads to the enemy getting the jump on us. I don't have a problem playing characters who can start a fight, however I seem to notice that more often than not my team either acts like vultures to scavenge the remains of a fight or they just flat out bail. Any advice on getting my team to sack up or am I just too aggressive to play any other role but initiator ?

see your team comp and enemy team comp

did you have bunch of assassins? rather than off tanks?

did enemy team have so many ccs?

that is what they should do. wait for the right moment to enter.

The best thing you can do is make sure your team is on the same page you are. If you've played with your team before you can let your movements and pings describe what you're about to do, but if not you have to type it out. People will be less likely to bail if the whole team is on board, even if it's a bad idea.

Being aggressive can be a good thing if you want to snowball and end the game early. You have to remember that CS and objectives are much more important than kills. Let me tell you a story about a ranked game I played about a week ago. I was playing a support Soraka in bottom lane with a Tristana player. This Tristana only farmed. Didn't auto-attack any of our opponents in the lane just played safe and collected as much CS as possible. Our enemies thought this Trist was super passive (Which he was early) and decides to make a risky tower diving play which got them killed. Trist stayed in the lane farming and didn't go back to base until the 11 minute mark (sustained by potions and my heals). Trist is now 2 levels higher than our bottom lane. She has 30+ CS on the enemy teams ADC. She farmed up a few core items fast and now was ahead of everyone else. This is when the switch flipped and he started to play all out aggressive. Ganking any open lanes and flash jumping behind opponents and knocking them back with ult to secure the kill. Went on to carry the game easily and cause mad havoc on the enemy team and their jungler.

Moral of the story is that you have to play more than one style. Had our Tristana played aggressively from the start and not focused on farming, she most likely would have died attempting to get a kill and fall far behind the enemies ADC. Your focus should be on getting as much CS as possible and denying your opponent as much CS as possible. Killing your opponents gives you a great advantage, but make smart decisions and don't die trying to get a kill. That's missed gold and XP you could have been farming.

TL/DR: Playing passive and then later playing hyper aggressively can be rewarding and be unexpected by your opponents.

If you start to make more kills then the mean champion, you get higher level then the mean champion. you also worth more experience then the mean champion. If you still die a fair amount of time this mean your opponents have now more experience then your teamates. Which eventualy makes your teamates simply unable to deal with a 1v1, 2v2, XvX situation anymore.

Even if your own kda is positive, if you died the most in your team it's gg you already lost that game. No one will follow because you are the cause of the lost already therefore your judgment is dubious. They can't farm, they can't ward and they can't regroup anymore because the mean opponent is higher level then them. I'm exagerating here for you to understand. hope you get the main point.

Another thing that could greatly improve your chances : Pay attention to their health, mana and time without shopping. They might simply have 3k gold in their pockets and they might just need to buy something to stay competitive.
