The LoLF program uses a point system to get you to work out at the end of each game. Whenever a certain event occurs, you get x points. At the end of the game, these points count to how many of each workout you will do. The list of workouts (+1 rep for each workout when you get a point): Pushups http://www.menshealth.com/mhlists/cms/uploads/1/pushup-plus_470x360_1.jpg

I like rotating the exercise each game and doing either 5 or 10 reps per death you have. Die 5 times, 50 push ups (if you're doing it to sub out an actual work out then do multiple exercises per game, ie push ups and squats, then crunches and lunges, repeat)
