Anyone Generous Enough to Coach Me? [Gold IV]

I took a long break from league due to college/Counter-Strike. I'm still struggling to recover my mechanics (not really I still do decent I guess). Season 4 I almost made it to Plat, but I found myself with less and less free time and abandoned the game. Now, I am in Gold 4 this season.

I'm looking for a free coach who can tell me what I need to focus on/ what I need to improve. Preferably somebody in Diamond/ High plat range. This season I really want to focus on climbing the ladder and getting good.

Note: I will not be paying an sum of money. I'm merely asking for a free coach to give me tips and maybe analyze my gameplay/allow me to learn from them.
