Dat (New) Ashe, a frost-coated guide

So I'm sure people are curious how the new Ashe rework works. Well through rigorous testing, and plenty of 'omfg' moments, I can tell ya what works and what doesn't with her new kit.

Stipulation: I'm more of a DotA player myself, but I like to play LoL with friends from time to time, and I can tell you that the new Ashe is still very much a 'weaker' early-game carry. She doesn't have much burst like Draven or Caitlyn, BUT she is by FAR the scariest late-game carry now.

Frost Shot (aka Auto-Crits): I'm sorry, but 100% crit chance after the first hit is Ffffffffantastic. Albeit weaker in the early-mid game, once you get an and a , you'll be chilled just seeing the deeps.

Dat (Q) Doe (Machine-Gun heaven): This is your new best friend, and your man-mode button. By itself, it's a nice speed burst if you need to get a few more hits in before enemy CD's come up, but with the 5 stack use, you will outclass most other carries. The interesting thing is that the 5 stack use is a different attack entirely, i.e. you hit them with 3 micro-hits that total for more. I'll get into that part in a minute.

(W) Good Ol' Volley: It's the same old volley, nothing much different. Except for the giant fact that each individual hit from it gives you a stack for your Q. wut.

(E) No-Money Shot: Exactly it, no extra money from her Hawk-Shot, but it's global now. I personally don't get it at all, but if you need the extra vision, it's a great 'I wonder' button.

(R) Incoming Wombo Arrow: Also still the same, and also gives you extra stacks on your Q for multiple hits. wutx2.

Now... I'm just gonna say it, just about EVERY Carry item is good on her now, in multiple ways. But I'mma tell you what's OP and what's slightly OP.

First off, when I said the new Q registers as 3 micro hits, they all count as 1 on-hit effect. So... no, things like do NOT get any more special because of the extra hits. BUT...

is your new best friend... well after your Q. Because the passive is triggered by physical damage and not on-hit, it will trigger 3 stacks of BC per 1 auto. Not to mention the extra HP and CDR are amazing.

is delicious. Very tasty. The extra hits from the bolts build your Q stacks almost instantly. HOWEVER, because Ashe cannot crit normally anymore, the extra bolts WILL NOT crit either, even if they are Frosted. Sad but, dem Q stacks doe.

is really nice on Ashe as well. Because she doesn't burn mana from her old Q anymore, she has more than enough to expend for more deeps. Just turn it on before an imminent teamfight, and watch your do work.

As for final build, I usually run (not in that order) because I have enough MS from runes/masteries/PD/BC I forgo the boots for that last item, whichever it may be.
