So as the title suggests, this is about VIKTOR and Vladmir. I have been looking at these champs for about a week and they look really fun. Questions is, which one to buy? I only have enough for one and dont wanna go save up again. I need your help. VICTORY is Counting on You! Please write your suggestions and give me reasons. I only have 1 refund so make this buy worth!

Viktor is a blast to play (and a laser, and a storm cloud, and a 100-0ed enemy squishy...).
Vlad is pretty strong in the current mate because he's very durable and has a lot of sustained damage. He is kind of weak early game but has a godlike late game as a super tanky mage that can burst like nobody's business.
Viktor is extremely fun to play and has a very high skill cap. Once you master his laser, his lane harass is unparalleled, and with proper positioning and strategy, he can wombo-combo the whole enemy team by himself. With a well placed W, and an E>Q>R combo, he can half-life 5 people in the time they are stunned, allowing him to clean up fights or initiate a total blowout for his team with relative ease.
Both are fun, Vlad is the stronger meta pick and Viktor is more interesting and skill based

Viktor is hardly ever used and is normally mid laner and ranged you also need to buy

Vlad can freely stack AP for his passive to give his more hp
Viktor has no gap closer but a long ranged lasor(this laser is capable of 1 hitting minion waves...)
Vlad has troll pool and can heal with his Q
Viktor ult is slow as hell and...i have no idea how it's used
Vlad is like death mark from zed but the opponent takes more damage useful for starting team fights

But seriously he is one of the top ap dmg mages can outburst lb's counters a lot of popular picks right now. His E mechanic is (so far imo) best in the game. He can cancel channels with ult (no more pesky kats) has a wide slow that turns into a stun, his Q gives a brief shield and with lichbane can 1-2 hit adc's. For me i run cdr runes so the Q is a 2.5 second cooldown and the laser is about 6. Even when behind I usually do the most damage at around 10-30k above everyone else. If played well enough he literally has no counter.

Neither lol. Mages aren't good in solo queue. Maybe Vlad because he becomes a raid boss when he gets some items but still it's not worth it.
Vladimir if you know how to last hit with sucky auto attacks.
