I just thought of an idea. Since I'm a decent support, should I find a really good adc and then we play ranked over and over again and constantly win lane and carry. Should I try this out?

this is where league is flawed. not everyone is good at every lane position. say you have a good adc. and support. but say top or mid is bad. or jungle wont gank then what?. while enemy jungle sits on your face. the best thing you can do is ask for people that can do specific roles for their lanes. and use that to your advantage. sure sometimes they are countered and you will lose or someone will not play up to par. but its better than a random person that will disconnect. or give up. ill use this as an example. i was adc. i was up on farm. i was double the enemy adc kills. also assists where i was firing arrows across the map. top collapsed mid was down 3 kills. i and the support who was up on kills and farm pushed 2 towers. i go mid for a team fight. leblanc blows up our jungle. twitch wipes out our top laner. mid leblanc blows up my support. i was positioned in the back lines. 3 of them jump on me and kill me. our top disconnects from game. they take 2 inhibtors top and mid. and push to victory.
