New Player, want advice and stuff

So I'm level 6 now, and I wanna get good at lol. Right now I'm just trying to reach 30 in the blind draft thing, and I've been maiming Ashe who I really like. I played my first match against players (I had been playing bots prior) and I went 10-1-10, and while the opponents Lux fed me hard, I feel like I played relatively well. I need tips on last hitting and positioning as an ADC during the laning phase. Also, I need to learn how to play the other roles, so tips on jungle, support, etc. are much appreciated. I touched the game for a bit about year ago then quit, but during that time I played Darius, who I'm anxious to play again. All responses and opinions are appreciated, thanks!!! http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/1593804274/219005831?tab=stats

Welcome back, seems appropriate. Ashe is a solid ADC to start on, reliable, utilitarian. When playing ADC it is easy to fall into the trap of constantly auto-attacking. Standing still and firing arrows until your opponent stops twitching might work on some players (who are also still learning) but you will want to make sure you're constantly moving. If you can, try to stay among your minions. This way, if an enemy attacks you, your minions will start attacking them.

The moving a lot helps with last hitting, too. Try to wait to attack a minion until its HP is very low. This way you don't accidentally bring it low and allow your minions to kill it. This also helps Ashe as her passive builds while she is NOT attacking. Keep an eye on your passive gauge as Ashe, when it hits 100 you get an automatic critical strike on your next auto-attack. Save this either for champions or cannon minions. This will maximize your efficacy.

Always buy the yellow ward trinket at the beginning of the game and place it in a bush every time it's off cooldown. This is good practice for higher tier games where vision is paramount. Remember that your E gives you vision from a long way off. Use it to check scary bushes before going near them. Also, your W arrows will stop traveling if they hit something. If someone is hiding in a bush and you shoot your W (Volley) into the bush, you'll know they're there because one of the arrows will disappear from the bunch as they fly.

Don't waste your Ultimate if the enemy is near their tower, use it when they're out in the open and they're turning to go back to safety. They are mentally prepared to leave, not to fight, and you have now forced them into a fight.

Good tip for low level (summoner level) don't buy runes. They're pretty much a waste of IP before you hit level 20. Sure, you'll be weaker than other players, but only a little bit. Plus, you'll have lots more IP when you hit 20 to buy your Tier 3 runes, then.

Darius

I love Darius as a top lane, but depending on how you play it can be dangerous if they have a good jungler.

If you take ignite as Darius, a lot of people cannot calculate the damage of your bleeds + ignite, so just set up 5-stacks of bleed and ignite when they get to around 30% and you can secure the kill.

Darius bleeds are something a lot of players don't seem to fully grasp the concept on, in lane you can easily auto-attack your opponent every time they come in for a last hit and start stacking bleeds. If they keep coming back for more you can add a Q in there to keep the bleeds going.

Bleeds are also great for retreating. I've seen a lot of fights where Darius is around 50%, the opponent is around 100%, and Darius comes out on top. If they're chasing you just auto attack, run, auto attack, run (again you can use Q's and E's as well). Try to keep bleeds up as your opponent chases you down assuming you're safe to do so, and whittle them down until you're ready to fight. If you have your R it makes for a quick turn around when they get lower.

Bleeds can be your worst enemy if you push into a tower though. A mistake you'll make on Darius is fighting near their tower, stacking bleeds on your opponent who retreats to the safety of their tower, and then trying to push the tower with your minions. It will shoot you.

Also R does more damage the more bleeds you have, so make sure you hit 5-stacks before you cast it. Preferably use it as the final ability.

I always try to use my E immediately following an auto-attack as it's 2 quick attacks back-to-back. I also like to pick up Ravenous Hydra early on (or at least Tiamet) as it adds to Darius's lane pushing potential and works similarly where you auto-attack, activate the item, and get multiple stacks built up quickly.

If you push up try to ward your river bush (or tri-bush) depending on which side of the map you're on. Since I tend to be pushed in all the time with Darius I consider picking up a pink ward for that bush, as the jungler may kill it when they come over but it's 100G that could save your life.

play as many champions as you can as well as the advice these people give.

levels 1-25~ is not even league of legends hardly because of the balance issues that arise when your whole game is balanced around having everything level 30's have. so just focus more on enjoying yourself and saving up IP, and trying out as many champions as possible.

if you can't quite follow all the information here, just take it in stride, #1 thing you should be trying to do imo as far as learning the game goes is finding a good item build and doing that for every champion you play so you can learn what all the items do and what champions benefit from what.

really is just as important as farming if not more since buying a useless 3.5k gold item is a bigger setback than getting sub 100 farm by 20 minutes.

Don't worry about being good yet. Worry about learning what each champ does.

The biggest difficulty in this game is the burden of knowledge

The number one tip I can give you is learn how to build a good set of items for the champ you are on. Based on that one game you linked to, it looks like you have a pretty decent familiarity with how to build Ashe already, and it had visible results (you getting ahead). Remember to buy wards and use them. Getting a pink ward early game and putting it in a river brush can be hugely helpful if your opponents don't check for wards very often (most newer players don't). These are the biggest two things to learn in my opinion, and remembering those will help you surpass most players your level with ease.

Some general tips

-Last hitting is ultra important. 15 minions is a kill essentially i believe. Takes priority over poking or doing occasional damage to enemies. Unless you are sure you can get a kill or force them to back and give you free farm for a bit (or at least prevent them from farming consistantly) make sure to focus on your own last hitting first.

-DONT overextend. Pushing a lane to hard is very dangerous. Unless you know where the entire other team is (mid and jungle if your top and bottom) be extremely wary overpushing, as your prone to getting ganked. Which leads to the next tip

-WARDS. Never ever underestimate warding. Its everyones job. If you have a free slot, and some extra gold, get at least one. Trinkets alove simply isnt enough. You m ay think our saving for that next item, but the measley amount a ward or two costs is insignificant vs the significance of being aware and preventing bad situations. I mean seriously, they are 75 for a green and 100 for a pink. Chump change.

-Always keep moving. You shouldnt ever be just standing there taking shots, or even waiting at tower for creep wave to arrive. Avoid the easy target for skillshots and poke, keep your enemy guessing. Predictability leads to traps.

-AS ADC know all the adc's. At least read up on them and know their skills, their ranges, you can google their playstyles, w/e. Just be aware of how your opponents champ works, so you understand when they might be about to go all in, when its to dangerous to jump them, when they are weakest. Safe spots from their skills. Knowing your enemy is very important. On that note know how enemy supports work as well, since they are an equal part of bot lane dynamics.

-MAP awareness.always be paying attention to the map. You may see a gank incoming, you may see someone in trouble in your jungle, you may se a nearby lane that needs some help or saving. Being aware of whats going on is a huge help to your entire team and the future of your team.

-COMMUNICATION. Keep in contact with your team, notify mia's, when your low on mana, when you plan on going for an objective, ect. If everyone knows what everyone else is doing/seeing, you work much better as a team.

-ATTITUDE. Staying positive is always key, above all really. Its a game, have fun. Have an asshole teamate? Mute him. Right away. Dont waste time and frustration arguing. Save yourself the distraction. Dont get worked up over bad teamates. It happens. Try to be friendly and help them with suggestions, but dont be a dick about it, that helps no one, pisses people off, and mad/stressed people play worse. If your losing, try to turn it around. Try to learn a strategy to deal with what the enemy has, use it as an oppertunity to get better. Getting mad at it wont help you grow from the experience. Is a game at the end of the day, so have fun. If an enemy ganks you hard, congratulate them on catching you off guard, and learn from it next time.

I dunno, so much more, tired of typing XD There are tons of youtube videos and articles online from people who really have everything down to a science, spend some time doing homework. Look upp strategies. Look up builds. Dont have to use only a build someone else has, but you can see what they did, learn why, and gain some understanding about a champ from how they built him,/her, get a better idea how a champ functions Worth doing even on champs you dont own/play, just to know the competition.

If you are enjoying playing marksman, the #1 thing you need to improve is your CS. Take a look here:http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/tips-tricks/REhRbnEQ-for-those-who-want-to-improve-on-csing for a really good routine you can use to practise.

Also, I need to learn how to play the other roles, so tips on jungle, support, etc. are much appreciated

Support is hard to do right till you can get the income mastery's from the utility tree. This is because ideally a the person you are supporting will get all the kills and minions, leaving you with little gold to work with. The income items help, but you will still be at a disadvantage.

The main thing to learn as a support is when to use your abilities to be most effective, followed by how to avoid giving the enemy a chance to use their abilities effectively. Champions that were designed as support tend to be very strong just from their bases and the utility they bring since supports get little gold to buy items with. Part of using your abilities effectively includes setting up for the abilities of whoever you are supporting (e.g. Janna's shield provides bonus attack damage, so if you put it on just before your adc attacks they will do more damage in addition to taking less in return, and Leona's stuns can hold someone in Miss Fortune's ultimate so they take full damage).

After that it is mostly about learning to ward effectively. This guide has some images and maps showing good ward locations: http://www.lolking.net/guides/246584

All supports should get sight stone after upgrading their income item.

Also one thing that a lot of people do not seem to realize early is that some items have 'unique' bonuses (and they are labeled as such) that do not stack. For instance, you only get the move speed from one set of boots.
