I dont know what to play to climb the ladders, if some1 can give me info on their tier list preference, that would be awesome!

I could say that someone who has decent CC, can either take/deal decent damage through a full combo, maybe with/without ulti. Lissandra comes to mind Maokai Maokai also fits the description Teemo Teemo or Annie Annie would also fit in my description, because Annie scales pretty well even without many items, and Teemo obviously because of his mushrooms placed in the center jungle area.

i don't play a ton of TT, but one team comp that a couple friends and i found to be ridiculous was Lissandra Riven Aatrox
