Which Top Laner Should I Buy Next

Hello all! So I am a top lane main and I am only level 28, so not yet thirty. However, I do form parties with my friends who are in gold and silver and I actually win my lane and sometimes even carry, I havent hard fed recently except in two games where my ping was over 1000 :P (no excuse but come on internet...). Anyways, my main champion is Irelia, who I played in the above games and at a much higher level than I am. I also play renekton, riven, and tryndamere are a reasoanbly good level (as in not feed and go slightly positive). I recently bought jax but i am still learning him. Anyways, I was wondering which top laner you guys think I should get next based on the information given above. Please list pros and cons if you feel like it and thanks beforehand! Try Darius or Nasus.

Keep playing Irelia. Generally a smaller but better pool is better than playing a large number of champs and being only okay at all of them. I mean you've got a good enough list to work from ATM.

Since you aren't yet 30, you might want to round out your other lanes as you won't always get top.

My suggestion is to decide if you want something that is similar to irelia or covers he stuff irelia doesn't. (Third option is to pick up something considered a counter to irelia and get good on that so you can play it when your main champ is taken)

If you want to look at stuff that plays really different I'd suggest looking at heimerdinger. (I'm biased, he's my main) It gives you an option for a champ you're comfortable on when you have to play mid lane, and he's a pretty good top lane. (I like his top lane match ups better a lot of the time, he shits on melee champs) He's an early game bully (Irelia wants some levels before she hits stride so this is different), and he is AP rather than AD. Another option that gives you both a mid and a top would be swain, and he has great sustain if that's something you like about Irelia.

In terms of stuff that would be similar to her I'm not super sure since she isn't something super familiar w/ but I think jax actually has a similar power curve to Irelia so you may just want to keep messing w/ him, plus w/ his counter strike he isn't a terrible pick into Irelia if she gets picked before your turn.

Good luck finding something you like, and w/ placements when you hit ranked. Sounds like you should do fine.
