Hey guys i want to master yasuo and my only problem with this is that i always lose lanes against tops meta champs for the top lane because they always seems to counter me. Do you have any tricks that i can follow to get better at smashing those freaking juggernauts?
Don't focus too much on killing them, focus more on taking down their towers and using your teleport to help and gank other lanes.
Kill the squishies. Winning lane isn't just killing your opponents, you know :P
Top lane is filled with bruisers AKA champions that will ruin Yasuo's day, such as 
which is why I question why people take him top in the first place.
The only meta toplaner I ever see Yasuo consistently win against is 
and that really isn't saying much. Also Yasuo is extremely vulnerable to ganks by nature and top lane is much longer than mid, so if Nasus's jungler actually bothers to gank then Nasus will wither you and you're 100% dead.
Fact of the matter is Yasuo gets countered hard by bruisers early game, and top lane is the home of the bruisers. Unless you're smurfing or you vastly outskill your opponent, you can't pick Yasuo top into a bruiser and expect to do well.
Buy a nuke.
Here's a tip-don't play Yasuo in a lane meant for tanks. Stick in mid lane and you will do much better.
Play mid lane yasuo, if you wanna play top and deals damage on AA or something. If you wanna top lane, tryndamere is a top laner similar to yasuo and is dangerous when fed
