When i play rank games i usually play support since I am bad at most of the lanes or somebody already pick the lane i' good at. Sometimes when i play best supportSoraka my ADC complains that i should pick another champ that goes well with what they pick. How do i know which support will be good with what ADC they pick ?

There's a image with a list of when to pick supports. This is a little older but it'll get you started.

Only Play Darius7/26/2015, 7:27:10 PM1 votes

Poke: Caitlyn Ashe Ezreal

Farm: Twitch Vayne Tristana

All-in: Graves Draven Jinx

Pick your support accordingly.

You can ask the adc player how they want to play. Generally Soraka goes well with farm/poke adc, and has a decent disengage.

Don't listen to what they say. Play whatever you like. :)

well don't always look just at the adc look at what the team needs as well. Just try to pick up in a spot where the team is lacking. if your team is squishy pick a tanky support. if your team needs a good engage pick a champ with good engage if your team needs some disengage pick a support with good disengage. Look at what your team and they other team has and find a support that can help fill what your team is lacking. It is called support because you have to fill in the gaps left by the team.
