I would cut your list down to 3 per role and focus those champs. Honestly, it's not about variety, it's about quality. You can take a champ into a losing lane and win game if you know how to either duel or pick your duels, or just play the map and team fights correctly.

Your list is WAY too big. You should only play around 12 champions since most of them can fill two roles well. Once you have mastered those 12, you can then start adding in other champs.

The problem I have with tier lists is that it doesn't matter how good a champion is perceived to be if you either a) can't play it well, or b) it doesn't mesh well with your play style. Picking OP champs and expecting to get wins is a recipe for disaster. True growth comes from playing champions YOU enjoy playing and practicing them. Meta picks are meta for a reason, sure, but that never stopped Trick2G and his Udyr now did it?

Seems like your Mid-Laners all follow the traditional "Annoying as hell, because you can't touch me" pattern. I would also look into more non-assassain type Mid laners like Ahri, Vel'koz, Xerath, Cass, Annie, Azir (If you've got the patience to learn him). For the Jungle, I would personally like to recommend Nautilus. One of my favorites. I would stay away from Hecarim almost altogether. Top Lane -- Gnar, Rumble are quite game-impacting. Nothing wrong with your ADC list, thats usually just preference. Ashe is OP right now and Sivir is all about them Q's. Support -- you GOTTA get thresh! :P Look into Janna and Lulu as well. Find out who YOU like to play, and play them. The more champions you "master" the more you'll understand about the game, and the better you'll be able to decide who to play -- not just pick the "best" champs in the meta, currently.

this is how you climb.. learn 1 jungler. learn 1 adc. Learn a laner who can go top or mid (vlad, fizz, riven) learn a supid face-roll support (annie, brand) and spam until youre gold or wherever you want to be. The people that climb fastest are playing their best champions every single game. You get really good at said champion by putting the time in to practice them. Being a one-trick pony for each role is always going to be the best way to climb. Theres a quote by Bruce lee (i think its by him) it goes something like "I do no fear the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but i fear the man who practiced one kick 10,000 times." Start kicking

no because that's not a tier list

  1. Skill
  2. Teamwork
  3. Objective control over KDA
  4. Knowing at least 2-3 roles
  5. Having a very, very basic idea on how to support in case you ever get "forced" there because someone else mains what you do
  6. Vision control
  7. Vision denial
  8. Pressing advantages
  9. Knowing and abusing power spikes at maximum potential
  10. Playing at a disadvantage instead of spamming the surrender button (for those who are about to reply to me with scenarios of which you MUST surrender, don't. There's multiple strategies like split-pushing, not to mention there's warning signs that you should pay attention to early before they become a problem. Except trolls and afk's, fuck them).
  11. Team comps
  12. Picking into team comps instead of solo carry mentality. You CAN do both
  13. Knowing the weaknesses of team comps to exploit them
  14. Saving cc or disables for critical moments in a teamfight, not immediately blowing them
  15. Once again in team comps, try to balance cc with damage. If there is no cc but you don't want to be Mister/Missus CC, consider poke champs if you can't assassinate.
  16. Know a lane that isn't just mid.

.

Not quite what you were looking for, but honestly it's more about the player than the champion. Tier lists are fine and dandy if you can actually play a champion, and not all top tier champions are good in every team comp (they do have their weaknesses).

For top lane you should focus on hecarim, maokai, and cho gath. cho can be used mid or top, as a tank or ap burst, so he works well in both.

Nocturne

Agree with cutting to 3.

Also would replace Darius with Fiora personally. And probably have Sejuani as a number 1 jungler alongside Nunu. Mid is versatile and honestly depends on how well you play with any relatively relevant mid laner. Missing Jinx? Nautilus is a great support that I suggest over Crank. Janna is of course, the premier support, but weird to play for some people.

On that note, you need to just practice the champions, practice league mechanics, and see which champions you use that maximize that. A tier list will be generic, especially pre-plat.

The true answer is that any champ can carry anyone out of Silver, as long as the player has truly mastered that champion. In order to climb, you should focus on two champions for each role. If you have one or two stronger roles, have an expanded pool of four or five that you feel confident on. If you are building a variety of champions to climb with, you might consider choosing varying their utility. For example, if you feel stronger jungling, have a tanky champ, an assassin champ, and a bruiser champ. Or if top lane is more your thing, have an AP champion and an AD champion, or have a late game champion and an early game bully. That way, you have a champion that fits your team's composition and you can still feel strongly about succeeding. Trimming down your pool can be pretty easy since many of the champions can be played in multiple lanes, so then it is all up to you to pick what you feel gives you the most success.

Good luck in your climb.

If you're looking for a tier list. The nerfplz website that was already posted is a pretty decent one. He updates regularly, and it give a good general idea of what is strong. I really only look at the god tier and the tier one. Beyond that it becomes at lot more subjective than it already is.

I would also say this for going at it in solo queue: Pick 3 roles that you want to be good at. Pick 3 champions in that role to play. For the other roles, pick one champion. Something along these lines. I'm diamond and trying to know how to realistically play 5 champions in each role is just way too much. For example, I play mid/adc/supp. Mid consists mostly of ahri, then a bit of diana, and some cass (thought i don't play her much anymore). Supp I play mostly morg, then some zyra, and some nami. Lastly, adc, I'm playing mostly sivir, with a little bit of jinx and kogmaw. For the 2 roles I don't play (though sometimes im forced to). Mao and sej are good options.

This list is just my opinion..

Top = Riven / Chogath / Darius / Vlad / Kennen

Mid = Chogath / Syndra / Ekko / Katarina / Zed

Jungle = Chogath / Vi / RekSai / Jarvan / Warwick

ADC = Graves / Cait / Draven / Jinx / Ezreal

Support = Zyra/ Morgana / Annie / Blitzcrank / Soraka (Yes... She is a lot stronger than you think. In Silver most people don't care to focus the support but only the ADC. This lets Soraka just STAY BACK and heal their ADC for tons of health)

This probably didn't help much. All I have to say is that in Silver most people don't know how to deal with somebody like Chogath. It is also very easy to steal objectives with Chogath because of his 1000 BASE TRUE DAMAGE ultimate. GOOD LUCK ON RANKED!

SO now that you made it out of bronze its now time to learn team work. You can make almost any pick work if you can learn to work with others. S2+ is rarely 1 person being a factor. Either the team win or does not win.

^He is on the right track with this. You got the basics down now time to learn how to use them with others.

Honestly most of your champs seem like bullies either ahead or lose types. You are going to need massive out plays to advance with that pool.
